| trapp you may pee alot but water.. and fruit snacks.. bring one small bag eat 2.. no more then 2.. every hour or so... you get the sweet taste with out the problems... |

| weight 300 at one point wanted to lose 150 lost22 so far thanks to "water" im rarely hungry which can be a problem |

| sunday is my day.. i normally have something ive been craving for. heck i look forward to the day. it takes 3200 cals to make pound. most people burn at least 1800 cals per day. so you have 1400 cals to "play with" on your day away from the diet.. dont stress about it's one day. just dont make it 3 or 4 days. and if your SUPER worried about it make SAT a heavy work out day so you make up for it. most of the time i can have breafast, lunch, dinner, and a snack and still be at 1700 cals. so if you have 500 calories, ben and jerry's or just 1 serving of ben and jerry's thats like 260. dont crazy limit yourself because your sitting yourself up for binge eating.. "PLAN" your day like any other day give yourself the thing you want but take control of it the amount how much so on. |

| everyone is right... about you putting on muscle in like 3 weeks you might want to up the intensity of the workout. for like 2 days. because your body will get use to what your doing but it takes time. also keep in mind you want at least 1 day of rest with out it your going to hurt yourself. |
