| The best motivation I have found is talking about what you are doing. Having other people losing weight along with you. Dont judge how you are doing by how they do. I write down everything I eat before I eat it. That way if I feel guilty about writing it down I do not eat it. I wear a ped0meter to monitor how far I walk each day. I write that down also. If I do something extra that pushes my meter higher I make a note of it. Each day I try to walk further then the last day. Pretty soon is is like a challenge to myself each day.

| I have to lose weight because I want to live to see my daughter get married. (she is only 11).
I have to lose weight so I can walk when I get older. (artheritis in knees) I have to lose weight so I can feel good about who I really am. |
