Hi everyone,

The 7 lbs I lost are because of the back to losing weight honeymoon. So I'd be glad to get a pound a week now :)

Best wishes to Meggorama. I get one tracked too. I'm getting better at making this a lifestyle. For me, it just takes time and trying again and again.

I like the excel idea, I might ask hubby to try that. Great job to everyone still at it. Cheers!!!Ri

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to check in and wish everyone a healthy day. I'm doing a really good job this week with the challenge and hope to drink some more water today. I picked up a refillable water bottle (it is part of a keep the earth green thing,) so with the weather turning HOT in Florida, I'll try and sneek in a few more oz.
