I'm a new member as of today!  I'm in the 170's Club.  I'm at 172.  SO glad to be here with the rest of the 170's -- I need your help!

9. Hobbies? eating/wine -- which explains why I'm here
10. Favorite Snack? varied by mood - love sweets, breads, chips
11. Favorite Beverage? Coffee (but only in the AM) and wine
12. Biggest Obstacle to Getting Healthy? I hate to exercise and I really enjoy food.  I have not had a weight gain problem until just after turning 40 so I'm not disciplined AT ALL when it comes to eating
13. Weight/Fitness Goal? I'm 172 now would like to lose 20 lbs by June 1.  I'm 5'9".
14. Least Favorite Household Chore? Cleaning bathrooms. Ick!

Anything Else You'd Like To Share?  I cannot express to you how happy I am to have found this site, it's counter, and people to help motivate me.  As I mentioned, I am unfamiliar with this new weight gain territory.  I've always been very thin and have had a high metabolism.  I am used to eating whatever I want.  I have gained 25 pounds or more in the last 1 year to 2 years and have no idea how to get back to "me".  Help please?
