I am also a morning, naked, after pee break, weigher...  As to the  choosing between the two scales. I say go with the Y's. Not that the one at your work isn't as accurate. Since the Y is for health, they are more likely to have better scales.

I was 19 (20 now). I have extremely low self-esteem, and he was the first person that ever showed me the affection/attention I needed.  We weren't dating and never will, he is quite a bit older than me and separated from his wife at the time. I figure that I did it because I have that deep down feeling that no one could ever really love me or want me-and I don't want to die a virgin for god sake. So I did it, and I don't regret it at all.

It will take time, no longer than a week for you to feel less irritated down below... Those things take forever. Also, is it persists past, I would say 7 to 8 days, with no relieve I would go to your doctor. They can prescribe you a medication that will heal it within a couple days. About your cycle, it shouldn't make it irregular, but the body does things to help itself heal. Your cycle may be later than normal just because of the infection. If you still haven't started by when you would on your later months, call your doctor and ask if that is a normal issue. They might want you to come in just to double check that your infection is actually an infection.

I'd like to join!!

1) Starting weight: 238 Joined 1/02/2007 (as of today 218 (9-10)-slacked for a long time now back on track)

2) Highest weight ever: 238

3) First min-goal: 200

4) Ultimate goal: 115

5) Count calories daily, I'm an excessive eater (as the diet profile says) NO lying! Excercise daily no matter what it is. I normally do a video every week night or something to that effect and on weekends outside and moving. I love the Biggest Loser videos (both of them) and I love the elliptical.

My biggest goal is to be comfortable with myself...

yep, I had the same problem for a while. It's because you aren't picking up your feet (actually moving them), Because the elliptical moves itself and you just push with your feet and legs it doesn't make you pick up your feet. I switched to a different elliptical at my gym and did a different program, and the problem has gone away. It used to drive me crazy!!

I started Jan. 3 with excercise and counting calories. Today was my first weigh in and I have lost 8 lbs. amazing but it'll only be that much this week. I live with my parents and sisters and we started a challenge there are points for everything from water to excercise, and if they stay on track they get the points for the day and who ever has the most points for the month gets a reward, like tickets to the movies or a new shirt or something. My whole family is over weight and I think it will help everyone to be motivated!! I hope everyone is sticking with it! Good luck

hi! I just joined this site! I am 19 years old and 234 lbs i'm also 4'9 (almost height to be considered a small person) yep its bad. For my height I am supposed to 101, isn't that crazy! I haven't been there since i was in 6th grade! So I have a lot of weight to lose.  I have never been skinny, I've never looked like anyone my age, and tend to seclude myself because of it. And now I am tired of it! I started a couple of weeks ago (but you know how the holidays go) but after that I lost 4 lbs. I excercise everyday.  The best videos I have found are the biggest loser videos from the TV show. I use Bob and there is a new video out that you set up your own excercises with each excercise type only 10-15 min. I haven't used it yet but seems interesting. Hope everyone continues with their goals and acheivments! Good luck!
