| My hubby and I started on 04/22 and holy crap this is no joke. ;) I love it though and it definitely feels like it's working. I have lost 5 lbs and my hubby lost 7lbs. That's just in 9 days! We are sort of following the fat shredder plan as well but I have made some modifications to the recipes. I'm in the same boat with you bigtwinky....I'm not real fond of the Yoga but hopefully that will get better as I get stronger. | |||

| My husband just ordered the p90x series and I plan on doing it with him. I'm a little nervous but I really want the results. I'll check back in when we receive it. | |||

| Jule - You're completely welcome to join in, I would definately look in to getting the RIU and BIU as well. The Start it up is more of an introductory step to familiarize you to the movements but getting into the RIU and BIU is what really helps the weight just drop off and helps you tone up. It is more of a preference thing so your welcome to continue doing the Start it up if that is what your comfortable with.
The more the merrier! |

| Thanks for the tips on dinners. I was able to prepare and eat dinner before 5:30 tonight so I think I just need to continue down this path. I go to bed fairly early so I can't eat too late. It worked out pretty good tonight so as long as I plan my meals in advance it should work pretty well.
Aly - You are really tearing it up! I can't believe that you hold the schedule you have and are able to fit in 2 workouts in one day!!! Good for you! Monix - Congrats on the compliment, you've been working hard and completely deserve it. Thanks to everyone for all the confidence boosters! You all are helping me to keep going! Keep up all the hard work, in 4 more weeks we're all going to be soooo hot!!!! Only a couple more days until BIU...I can't wait! |

| Good job everyone! I am so impressed with those of you that are completing it 7 days in a row, I can barely get it in six days in a row! ;) Just a thought though....don't push too hard, it's is beneficial for your muscles to rest so that way they don't get too accustomed to the workouts and stop burning as much. Maybe throw in a walk with the kids or a little bit of cardio or the stomach workout instead that way you still feel accomplished.
Speaking of which do any of you have any input on whether or not I should complete my workout before or after dinner. I normally do it after dinner because I think that it is better but I definately start to die down as far as energy. I was thinking maybe if I complete the workout before dinner it wouldn't be so hard to get it done. If it has a negative impact on my workout to eat afterward I don't want to do it. Any thoughts? |

| Hey Everyone! - Everyone looks like they're doin pretty great!
Aly - We started on the same day so we're both on the same track. RIU is definately getting much easier but I still struggle with leg exercise on all fours (works the butt). My butt just doesn't want to cooperate! ;) the six pack does kick butt. I try to do it on my off days or on days that I have a soccer game. It's a great addition to the game since the full workout would be way too much. When do you go on your trip? I usually try to eat a bananna after the workout. On more strenuous days its a high protein cereal bar or shake. C-yall later time to do my RIU for today! :) |

| I think my favorite is the stomach work out but I also like the squats. It all feels great! :)
My hubby seems to notice a difference in my attitude as well. I think it's easier to be happy when you feel accomplished! Each day seems to be getting better and I can't wait to see what tomorrow holds for me! |

| Good Job Everyone! Taylorn-I agree about their supplements and fasting. I'm not doing the fasting either only because I am really striving to make this more of a lifestyle change not just a quick fix. But I have heard that the liquid fast is great for just cleasing out your system. As far as supplements I am just taking a multi vitamin and a little extra B6 and B12. If you do plan on taking any fat burners I've been told to work out consistently for 4 weeks prior to taking them. Allow your body to start working on it's own and if your not happy with the results then try some type of enhancment supplement. I struggle with the leg lifts on all fours too!!!!! My butt needs some serious help. Take care and keep up the great work! |

Keep up the great work everyone and keep in mind that we need to take care of ourselves if we expect to be able to take care of everyone else! | |||

| Hey ladies - I've missed the last couple of days due to some outside issues! I'm back on track 110% today. I haven't been able to get to my RUI yet, I have to wait until I get off of work. It was a little discouraging to get off track.....ok well a lot but I still feel extremely motivated. :) It always tank top season here in AZ! ;) Although lately it has got into the twenties at night time. I don't think they even sell snow shoes here! lol Take care all and keep up the great work! | |||

| Allison, I'm not too fond of the stretch segament on slim in 6 either. I try to alter my own stretches at times but I do know that the stretches on the video have a lot to do with Yoga poses which not only streches you but also helps build leaner muscles. | |||

| Hello,
I have had the SI6 for a couple of years but have never been able to get the motivation to do it keep with it. I actually started the Start it Up again last night and would love to stay motivated to stick with it and finish the program. Mind if I join in? Christin |
