Hello all! Glad to see everyone doing so well!
Myself....I am having a rough time of it! Back to my same old patterns.....eating the wrong crap.....not working out......
Still hanging on to my one pound loss.

Also....I am PMS' ing BAD! That does not help!
Any advice!

Goals.....
1. Stop obsessing about food!
2. Stop eating once I am full!
3. Drink more water consistantly.
4. GET MOVING! I am completely stopped working out!

Hope everyone is having a great weekend!
I am, but managed to eat WAY too much today!
3/4 of an Egg Mcmuffin
1 donut
1/2 of a side salad with ranch from Chili's
1 C. of Soup from Chili's
1/2 a basket of Tortilla chips and  salsa
1 Mallow Cup
3 oz of steak
Grilled potatos
1.5 pc garlic toast

I am tossing out a guess that the Grand Total is around 2000 calories.
Assuming I don't eat another thing tonight, I managed to atleast stay around my daily burn. I am going to lift some weights while watching TV tonight.
I forgot the small salad I had before dinner. So maybe 2150. Well, back to being more careful tomorrow!!!!

My results were not quite so remarkable......
Down to 155 from 156 last week.
But down is down! I will take it!

This week will be even better!

Today for me.....
B- Egg beaters, lite am cheese and sauteed veggies
L-Chicken Salad with lite mayo on one slice ww bread and 8 oz chicken soup.
S-Veggies and lite dip and 1/2 a brownie type bar.
D- Not sure yet, something quick, maybe a salad. My son has a water polo match at 6pm. So I will be racing after work!!!

I REALLY NEED TO WORKOUT....WALK....ANYTHING!!!
I am pretty active at work. On my feet atleast 80% of the day. And I walk a mile and a half round trip to my  parking spot!

Well more tonight! I should end the day around 1300-1400 cals.

Okay.....first off, everyone sounds awesome!
psalm...you DID NOT blow it! You slipped a little and jumped right back in! Great job!!!!

Yesterday was good.
Today so far
B- 1/2 c. scram eggs, mini ww bagel, 1 T lite crm chs

I have a 1/2 sandwich and carrots and lite dip for lunch.

Not sure about dinner and I am still not exercising! What is up?????
Anyone have any great motivation for workouts????
Something to get me out of bed in the am???

Angie....way to go on the food today! And once again, I am so excited and relieved to see a mini candy bar on your list. We are not a bunch of straw and twig eaters trying to survive on 1200 cals a day and killing ourselves at the gym.

I will end my day around 1500 cals, 2100 burn. Not bad at all. Still slacked a little on the water, but I still have some time before 7pm to guzzle. If I go much past that I won't sleep well cuz I need to "go!"

Jenny, well start with a reasonable goal. Maybe 10 pounds at first. Set small goals like working out 3 times a week and drinking enough water.

Sarah, (girlfighting)....no way in day yet...anyone care when? How about Fridays? Crazy sounding I know,but most of us eat a little more, workout a little less and drink less water on Sat. and Sun, so it would give us the week to get back to normal and end the work week with a weigh in??????? Any thougts???

V, you seem very knowledgable and insightful. I think we have our primary nutrional resource in you!!!! Hope you don't mind! :)

Jenny and KPB, welcome! Okay, let's close this thread with the 10 of us! Perfect sized group! We can get to know eachother and the support will feel more "personalized".

So far I have had

B- Eggbeaters, mini WW bagel, Lite crm chs
L- 1/2 Ham and cheese with mustard on WW bread

S- 2 chocolate covered cherries.....I know....I know......

1. SOME kind of exercise atleast 4 days between Mon-Sun
2. Only have 1 day above 1600 cals.....trying for 1200-1500 6 days.
3. Drink 75-100 oz. of water per day.

Welcome EVERYONE!!!! I am so excited to support and motivate each other! I think it is going to work this time!

I am ending the day at about 1400 calories....but still no exercise. I PLAN to get up and walk/jog in the morning before work.

Any opinions on when we should close this thread? I just don't want so many ppl that we cannot keep track. I was hoping to keep it a smaller knit group so that it is not so overwhelming? Any thoughts or objections?

Jen, good luck at the gym! I wish I could swing the payment right now! They are building a YMCA by my house. Maybe than!

We can SOOOO do this! It is 10 pm, I need to go to bed, but I feel hungry! So, I am going to bed! Eggs and Oatmeal in the morning!

Hit the grocery store for healthy stuff tonight! I am doing this.....one day at a time!

Anyone feel like they have deep issues with food that attribute to their struggles?????
I DO! Will explain at length later! This is a new revelation for me!

Awesome advice Angie. And welcome Rany.
I find it hard to believe that you messed up your metabolism so badly it would take months to undo.
I am in the EXACT same boat going from 150 to 157 back down, back up, back down.....well you get the picture!

This time lets do this! Slow and steady! No starving or killing ourselves at the gym! Just healthy eating and reasonable workouts! Stuff we can live with for the long haul!!!!

Angie...Big bummer on the puking kid! But yes, you will be too busy (and maybe a little nauseous) to concern yourself all day with food! But don't FORGET to eat all together!

I can't tell you how much I love it that everyone has realistic goals......no one 5'6" or taller wanting to be 110 pounds.

Well, do a great job today! Weekends can be so hard.

Awesome to see what everyones goals are, and how you are so far successful with the things you are doing! Sarah, I love that your intake is a bit higher and more realistic based on your workouts! The last sight I was on was full of women eating 1100-1200 cals and killing themselves working out! They lost weight, but I cannot live that way long term. I would rather lose slower this time and keep it off!!!

Angie, sounds like you've got it down! Skinny cows are great! I ended my day around 1650, and burned about 2050. I had SF pudding and lite cool whip for my after dinner treat! And for tommorow I made this AMAZING pie.......
1 Reduced fat pie crust
1 pkg SF pudding made with FF milk    (1 3/4 Cup)
4oz reduced fat Crm Cheese
Lite for FF Cool Whip
1 Tbs Splenda
1 Tbs Milk

Beat 1 T milk, crm cheese, and splenda until creamy, than add 1/2 cup Cool Whip
Spread into pie crust
Spread prepared pudding on top.
Chill atleast 4 hours than spread cool whip on top.
Cut into 8 pcs. 190 cals each. 6 grams of fat each.

I try to fluctuate between 1200 and 1800 calories a day. Mixing it from day to day. And my GOAL is to walk 4 times a day. I have been lacking in that dept. but Know that workouts are critical to weight loss! So I plan to get serious about it!

Sarah, we are practically the exact same size. Depending on where I shop I am an 8 or a 10. Sometimes a 12 if I am at a "younger" store like American Eagle. At 39, gravity has put my weight in my booty!

Angie, your goals sound right on track! And you can do a lot with 400 calories.....Chicken, rice or small potato and LOT'S of veggies?

I am just finished eating dinner and have consumed around 1500 calories. My plan is to walk tonight and than have a small snack....SF pudding or something like that.

How many calories do you all try to shoot for?
What types of exercise do you do?
