| I am 28 yr old female 5 foot 51/2.
I started the program at 145 I have just lost my first 10 lbs...I am now 135! I started the program may 7th. I am very active and stick to 1700 cal unless i am dirtbiking that day then I bump 'er up to 2000. This is working for me. I chase my 3 yr old around, walk , ride mountain bikes and sometimes a small work out in my living room like pilate sorta. I also do light weight training to help build my muscles which speeds up my metabolism! I love this site and my nutrition grade (even when i eat chocolate cake) is always a B to an A Good luck people! |

| i eat low fat yogart mixed with "frozen berries" and "rogers 5 grain granola with raisins" you can do 1/4 cup berries, 100g yogaurt and 1/8 cup granola and your cals with run around 139.5...but it fills you up, gives you energy and it crunchy...i love frozen berries.
the other thing i do is buy frozen fruit mix from costco and use 3/4c of that with 1 cup milk and a banana and you have smoothies! 1% cottage cheese with tomatoes and pepper (sometimes with sliced hard boiled eggs too) 1% cottage cheese with peaches, not sure on cals though hope it helps!!! |
