Canada is amazing. But this summer is really bad. I went once to the beach and that is it! it was freakin cold out there in the water (temp was around 3 to 5 centegrate inside the water). but we swim and had real fun playing with the ball and flying plate. but once we had stopped playing, we got freezzzzzzzed, we were out of water in a moment :) lol that were fun |

Sex relationship is about showing love and appreciation between partners and entertainment for sure, i do not deny this. but when it is transfered to eb only for entertainment, why marriage then?!! I read some of the posts here, I totally DISagree with a lot of them. My point of view as a man when I first read the problem is either he is cheating or he is sick (could be mentally or physically). I completely agree with Tigerlily120, why you do not be positive and talk it direct to him. You have lots of supportive reasons to do so; he is your best friend as you said, your kids father, life partner. Ask him, do not you see me attractive anymore? Tell him that you miss him so much. How come you got the courage to say your problem to all people here in a chat room, and you do not get the courage to say it to your soul mate?!!!! With respect to everybody and no offence to anyone, did not you think that you will get all the BAD experiences before the good ones? How many people here tried with no intention to make him cheating or a gay or whatever, without thinking from them that they may ruin your life with him, still with no intention. Please Amybeth, talk to him positively, try to dress up in a sexy hot dress and prepare a nice dinner with his favourite wine. And after that, if it does not happen, then the question will make sense!! Then go to a doctor, if you find out that his sick, or have any physical problems. May be he is depressed from financial loads, bad boss, hyper tension,.... we have lots and lots in our lives can put us down, believe me. Wish you best of luck! Deal with it as much positive as much you love your kids and HUSBAND. |

| That is an excellent descision guys (and Ladies :)
After reading all those postings, i understood the concept and I have made something up to help me out for me weight lose/training journey. it is a 6 days workout program, of which 3 days cardio (Treadmill, Ellaptical and body blast class) and the other 3 days are streatching and weight training as follows: A: Cardio B: Chest and Triceps (Push Group) - Chest: Bench Press, Incline B P, Pec Deck, Pull Over - Triceps: One hand (behind neck), Donkey kick, cable pushdowns - ABs C: Cardio D: Back and Biceps (Pull Group) - Back: Lat Pulldown, Bent over row, seated row, shrungs - BiCeps: Curls (T-bar), preach curls (Dumbbell or lever), One hand (dumbbell) and Hammer curls (Forearms) - Abs E: Cardio F: Legs and Shoulders (POWER Group) - Legs: Squat, leg pushs, extensions, curls, calves - Shoulders: Military press (front), shoulder press (rear), lateral raises (front and bent), one hand (dumbbell), two hand dumbbell. G: RESTTTTTTTTTTT :) Do you think guys that will work!! ADVICEs are appreciated :) |

| Thanks Btyan for the clarification.
However, i have a question regarding the high and meduim reps thing! do you think 6 reps in enough, i think the min is 8. and if you xcan not put 8 reps in a set till muscle failuer, put the training weight down. is this right? second thing for the meduim pyramid style, is not 5 sets too much for a begineer? | I read all posts and appreciate them all.
Guys, we all are talking here same thing but different methodologies! no doubt weight lifting will be of a GREAT help according to all your experiences. Being it low weight and high rep, or high weight low reps, it depends upon your goal. I asked one of the personal trainer in my gym yesterday and he told me that high weights for mass building which is para important as every 1 lb lean muscle you gain is like upgrading your body oven to burn more calories and consequently stored fats. High reps is important in certain stage for toning and defining. so, you can not work one and ignor the other, both works in same direction to put you in a good athlitic shape. What do you think guys? |

| I ma not sure wheather you are a male or female.
but as far as i know if you are a female and your period does not come for a month or two, it maty cause an exceesive weight gain. (happen to my wife before). and it may be a normal thing to happen because of stress or whatever!! does this help? |

| it costed me around 27000 including a honeymoon in Florida (Sheraton Vistana), Universal Studios, ....
I am still paying thou :) but you can do yours by much lower than that. it all dep[ends upon both the bride and groom and if there are any traditions or customs for the families. (like for Indian people, the min number people should be around 500 :) Iam not indian, but my wedding was 250 people. I wish you all the best and good luck in that AMAZING day. Advice: do not be cheap, but be wise too! |

the job does not need an iPod, unless you working an over night shift in a boring job :) i am happy with the Plam700wx i have. it rakes all my contacts and i can send / recieve e-mail for different accounts, search internet when needed (it saved my ass once :) |

| hey, the best thing here to keep yourself occupied.
Also i try to wait untill your boyfriend come back and discuss it with him. in a mutual relationship, there should be a discussion . try not to take a desicion while you are angry. discuss with him what bothers you and if you think it is going no where with him, then it is the right time to say "Also, good for you for not putting up with any ass-ism!!! A+ You deserve better than that! :) " it is very hard to judge situations when you know NOTHING!!!! |

| Try to change your life style. change your cardio routine. if you were working on treadmill, start using ellaptical oe stationaery bike.
try to join a spin class or if you can a boxing class. boxing aerobics is amazing for weight loss |

| Fasting is a good thing and it cleans system and helps to lose weight on the long term if it is done correctly
I had the same experience as hkellick, espicially during lent. in lent, we are not supposed to eat any animal protin, including milk and egg, chesse. then when you see what is left, you find it vegie and fruits (much similar to a vegeterian people). so i was eating lots of fries, veggie burger, soya chesse,..etc. all these end up by putting weight on me. But once i started to eat healthy (like millions of vegetrian people) i start to feel lighter and more healthy durinfg fasting periods. i normally stay away from fod and drinking for a time during the day, then when i eat i choose healthy prepared food. |

| Fasting is healthy if it is done correctly. Fasting is good to clean and raise your soul. it gives you the sence how to give and be good with poor people, who sometimes fasting unwillingly because of lack of food. I was not a religiuos person. My wife used to go for missions in Africa, particularly Kenya. that was before marriage. I asked her about the point of putting herself into danger and possibility of catching diseases. she started to explain to me who people over there suffer from every thing anti-human! she told me people there can stay for days without food because they can not afford it. i did not feel it till i start to fasting. then My heart and mind start to see things differently. Also, Fasting is Amazing (I mean Religious Fasting for sure) I have good experiences with fasting and prayers. fasting always strength and support prayers. it does not matter whether you are religiuos or not, but i ask you there to buy or even borrow a bible and read the book of Danial in the old testmony. it is absolutly true and working. just give it a try. |
