| Dont be depressed look at it as a way to measure what you have accomplished not how far you have to go...
You need to use the tools to see what calorie level you need to be at and try to consume between 500 and 1000 less per day. Please do not forget to add in any exercise that you do. That will allow you to eat more good luck |

| I would add more than a sandwhich but I am just not that dang hungry.....
Kelly, I do eat at least 5 times a day.....I could make it a ham and cheese sandwhich.... but I still have to make up 500+ calories... nuts might be an good idea However tonight since it is lent I am going to go eat some crawfish |

| Speaking from a "guy's point of view" I bet that fact that you are losing weight is making you feel better about yourself and more attractive, and that is a a lot more sexy than the size of one part of your body.

| I do cardio 5 to 6 times a week at least 45 minutes.. I don't do much strength training as of yet, My understanding is that you need to focus on cardio and be able to maintain an pretty intense cardio fo 45 minutes before you add on strength training | |||

| Congrats on the loss.... but more import is that you were able to discipline yourself for 30 days, and if you can do it of thirty day, you can do it for 60 and so on.... Before you know it, it won't be work to live riight, it will be a way of life, and that my friend is what will really give you satisfaction..... Keep it up | |||

| i was thinking about this on my 40 minute (15 mile) drive into work.
I gave up soft drinks for better lifestyle....so that is out I gave up candie and sweets for a better life style so that is out I dont drink coffee so that is out. I cant give up my cell phone, only way to get ahold of me. Can't do that being a dad I am not in a relationship, so I cant give up...... I guess that leaves being mean to my ex wife...guess I have to be nice to her for the next 40 day.......... this will be a very humbling experience Doe anyone know how many calories are in humble pie? |

We have alot of similiar issues going on, your description of yourself is very much the one I would give myself, lack of enery, lack motivation, etc.. Well what I did is decided to give up the soft drinks and started exercising. I use the ellitical machine at the gym and it does not hurt my joints, shins or feet. What I have found in the last 60 days of doing this, is that my overall energy level is vastly improved, my sleeping habits have been more consistent. I still only sleep 6 to 7 hours a day but it is much more restfull sleep. I would stay away from pills to cure some of these issue, Good luck.. |
