| deltadawn43: Congrats on quitting smoking. I am sure that will be harder to do than losing the weight.
crazineko: Congrats to you on starting your second round of SI6! I don't have the motivation to start all over after I finish the 6 weeks. I will continue on with BIU though. As I said in my earlier post, I ordered Turbo Jam so I can't wait to start a new workout. I will probably alternate between TJ and BIU for awhile though. I love the results that I am getting from BIU and hope that it continues for awhile! |

| Alydaven: congrats on your 3rd baby!
Merika: I am so glad that you are trying SI6! As others here can attest, you won't be disappointed! I had a bad weekend with it. I took Friday, Saturday and Sunday off because I was so busy! I will be back to BIU tonight. I am in my 6th week now! :) I will continue with BIU for maybe a couple more weeks. I also ordered Turbo Jam on Friday so I can't wait to get that and try that too! |

| Poll:
What is everyone going to do when they are finished with SI6? Another round of SI6? Another Beachbody product? Some other fitness routine/product? Nothing? |

| flgirl, OMG, I started BIU last night and it totally kicked my butt! I thought I was in really good shape after the RIU. I could see great definition on my arms and legs (of course the stomach still needs a lot of help!). I couldn't believe the difference between RIU and BIU; a lot bigger than SIU to RIU! Hopefully by the end of the 6 weeks, we'll see a huge difference because of BIU! jenn2ca, welcome and good luck in your SI6 success. We are all here for motivation! crazineko, I can see why you don't like BIU! I couldn't wait to start BIU because I felt like after the 2nd week I needed to move on to BIU. I stuck to the original exercise plan and waited until the first day of week 4. Now I am so glad that I did! marissamb, congrats on making it to the half way mark! And I am so happy to hear that you are having such great results! It sounds like you and I started around the same time! You know what hurts the most? My back muscles! |

| I am starting week 3 today. I am still doing RIU along with slim & limber and slim & 6 pack. I am noticing definition in my arms and legs and have noticed a few inches lost. I am really hoping that the pounds start coming off soon too. So far I have only lost 2 pounds. I am determined to stick with it and finish the 6 weeks. Then I think I will order Power 90 or Power 90X. I have seen that people have great results with those. I have seen/heard of people having such great results with SI6 and I am hoping that it comes during the middle/end! The thing that I am really struggling with and I think it may be the reason why I am not losing, is my diet. I am really trying to eat 1200 calories a day but find it very difficult. I have been tracking my calories since 6-12 and my daily intake ranges from 640-1882. I only went over 1200 one day, which was the 1882 day. Most days are around 800-900. I think maybe I am not eating enough but I am used to not eating much. I have never been an eater. Can anyone tell me if perhaps my body is in starvation mode? Thanks to all of you for the motivation! Great job everyone for "keep pushing play". |

| Yay, I think that I found my twin: merika!
My stats: sex: female age: 31, almost 32 height: 5'4" weight: 125-130 lbs (not sure because of inaccuracy of scale) small frame goal weight: I don't really care about the actual number (maybe 110-120), I just want to feel comfortable in my own skin. I was 110 pounds for about 10 years and very comfortable but then I had my 3rd child and simultaneously began a sit down job. |

| I bought SI6 back in March and was so busy working full time, going to school full time and being a mom to 3 little ones that I haven't had the time to fit SI6 in. Because of extenuating circumstances, I am unable to go to school during the summer semester. I figured what better time to start and stick to SI6. What a great trade off! Anyway, I finished week 1 yesterday and was able to stick to it and work out 6 out of the 7 days. Not a small feat for me! I started out with SIU a couple of months ago so just used RIU for the last week. I am already finding it easy and am wondering if it is too early to swith to BIU this week. Debbie doesn't recommend it in her plan until week 4. I really want to stick to the program but I want to continue to see results. I didn't take my arm and leg measurements before starting because I have no issues with them. I did take my bust, waist and hip measurements though and have already lost 1" off of my waist and 1" off my hips! I have also lost 5 pounds! I am just waiting to be able to fit into my skinny clothes. I usually do RIU and Slim&6pack abs.
Any recommendations for starting BIU would be greatly appreciated! Thanks everyone for the motivation! |

| Is it too late to join? I joined the biggest loser but I only have 15 lbs to lose. I was 110 pounds pre-pregnancy and pre-sit-down job. I would like to get down to at least 115 lbs. I am not trying to lose the 15 lbs in the 8 weeks, I will see where I am at then and go from there. I have just started my weight loss journey and have already lost 4 pounds! My current weight is 130 lbs. I really need the motivation to continue especially since the school semester has started again and finding the time to exercise is going to be so tough! | |||
