| I lived with just my daughter for 10 years and forgot how it felt to be confined with other people in the house. I used to pee with the door open all the time, do EVERYTHING nekkid, fart any ol time, sing out loud, do embarrasing dances, etc. Teh other day I forgot to close the bathroom door and I was listening to a movie I didn't want to miss and HE walked by, looked at me, and then laughed. :) Guess it didn't bother him. I just did it without thinking. lol I aslo walk around nekkid, but he feels it might make my daughter uncomfortable ( I think it makes him uncomfortable) and my daughter just bitches that she can no longer walk around in her underwear since he moved in. Yes, this is what she bitches about when life is not fair. :) lol | |||

| There are a million lines of products to try and I think that is the only way to decide for yourself. I might suggesst the following:
John Freida's no frizz line; especially the leave in serum, or light serum and the Creme Serum Overnight Repair Formula. my daughter loves the Aussie line, but I do not think they are pwerful enough. She likes the Sydney Smooth Heat Protector + Leave-In Conditioner Spray best. My absolute favorite for my curly hair is Small Talk by TIGI. When straightening I like the Charles Worthington Results line. |

| I'm 39, not too far behind you pg. I just don;t find older men attractive, yet. I know I only look about 35, so maybe it's because they always look so much older to me. | |||

| hmm I have no idea. Get rid of it somehow. I'd like to think I could tell the police I found it, but with me not trusting them and all, I wouldn't. Dark night, dark street, some else's garbage can, some deserted field, a creek, bury it in the neighbors back yard, I have no GOOD ideas here... | |||

| I like my younger boyfriend, but you're right PG, sometimes he does things to be 'nice' when I specifically ask him not to or tell him I don't want. He ignores me and does it anyway, saying, I thought it would make you happy. Hellllooo I said, no. I didn't associate this with age, though.
I like 'em young cause they're more fun. :) |

| The Lounge | Would you report your own child to the police? | Jun 20 2008 15:57 (UTC) |

| No. I do not trust most of the authorities, so I would handle it myself. Now, put me in the actual situation with all of the details at hand and I MIGHT think differently, but I think the outcome here is some proof of my point. 3 years, must have been some circumstances we are not aware of, OR, the judge was too harsh. | |||

| BC stimulates the growth of the tumor which stimulates the symptoms of the PCOS. But I'm wondering if it would stimulate her getting PCOS or a tumor if one isn't there already because of the hereditary factors (if there are any)
Medical sites contradict the implications of heredity. Wondering if anyone has experiences with the heredity or birth control for their daughters. |

| yes, I've been searching all over the net but no one online is in agreement re: the possibility of heredity and possibility of aggravating it before diagnosis, which is possibly what happened to me. | |||

| I sweat excesively which is one of the main reasons I hate to work out, especially in front of anyone. I can't take a walk in 80 degrees without soaking my shirt. I hardly ever want to go out in the summer and I must say it puts a damper on some things I would like to do otherwise. | |||

| My friend gave up $10,000 worth of potential happiness to get a better body. Not perfect, but better. She could have invested or vacationed or saved for retirement, etc. I just wish I had that kind of money to make decisions with.
Who gives this magical perfect body? Did the devil himself sit down next to you? lol |

| The Lounge | Would You Do It? | Jun 11 2008 17:03 (UTC) |

| Oh, absolutely, yes. You make take my last ten years (assuming they are 90-100) and give me 'my' perfect body.
Hell, I feel like I gave my best years being fat anyway, so why not give up more and enjoy what's left?
Meanwhile I'll work to acheive the best body I can have and enjoy what's left anyway. :) I can still have fun not being perfect. :) Maybe just not as much fun as it would be to look perfect. lol |

| Curls Rock is great if you have very thick curly hair, but use it very sparingly if you have fine curly hair. It feels like gunk to me. I prefer Bed Heads, Small Talk thickifier, Energizer and Softener. It's an all in one product! Seriously, I only need this one product to keep away the humid frizz and flyaways. | |||

| OH, so using dowel pins for beatings must have not been enough of a jolt to get her to cooperate. lol
She was good all night again and is alone again today, so I'm hoping things are looking up. Tomorrow she stays with Grandmom all day and there will be lots of walks then. Thanks for everyone's input. Any other advice is welcome as this is the first dog I've had |

| I as thinking that way too, Spiro. Hell, if she goes on a pad then it's like having another litter box to clean. But puppy pads are expensive and I would rather take her out then celan up after another animal inside. | |||

| The bell idea is great and I will install one and try using it.
I think I left out important info: she is 8 yo and we didn't see her do it until we used the camera. She did it early mornings while transferring from my daughter's bed to ours and then one evening in between a 5pm outing and a 7pm outing (both times she went outside) All were in the bedroom. I was worrying about the pee pads giving her mixed messages, too, but instead of going on the rug she went to the kitchen at 5am one day after we put one down and we had no idea until we got up to take her out. Lastly, she was crated on the days we weren't home, but she chewed it so bad she ate paint off the bars. She went at the bars for 2 hours while we were gone and taping her one day. We taped her because we could tell she wasn't happy in there and were worried what she was doing. Then we let her free and taped her and she was calm while we were gone. Today she was home with a pad for 5 hours and she didn't use it but went outside when my daughter got home. We give lots of praise for peeing outside and poops get extra wows. I feel so silly writing that. lol It's a puzzle. |

| The Lounge | cat pee vs dog pee | May 27 2008 14:44 (UTC) |

| It was the dog. Evidently she is unable to communicate when she needs to go out (or we don't understand how she tells us) A puppy pad took care of the immediate problem and training will probably help in the future (although not sure how to train her to 'tell us' she needs out. | |||
