| Hi everyone, I am new to this site & was feeling really stuck with my weight & thought maybe reading some of the posts would motivate me. Well, it has. I have been exercising every day, treadmill, step classes, for at least an hour with little progress. I haven't gone over 1200 cals in a week & no food after 7:30-nothing! Only lost 1lb so far.....why....I'm so frustrated! Just stick w/it I guess? | |||
