You can order Bragg's Organic Raw Apple Cidar Vinegar online. Not sure if that is available in the UK though.

Weight Loss Burn Meter - Why does the total estimate change daily? Feb 19 2009

That is what I thought. Though I LOVE to eat...I imagine when I'm trying to lose weight it is going to be difficult to eat so many calories! My conscience may get the best of me...

Ok, got it...finally! One more question, my top number is 3050 because I workout a lot...so why would my daily calorie intake be 1700??? Doesn't that seem a little low?

My friend and I would just take a "shot" of it a few times a day. Not sure if this is the recommended amount or not, but regardless, it's good for you!

Thanks for the responses! Christina, I actually know JUST what you are talking about with the apple cider vinegar! It's been about a month since I have last had any (kind of fell off the ACV bandwagon) but my coworker and I use to have the Bragg's brand of organic ACV all the time! I know all about the benefits but never really paid attention to it's ability to fill me up! I will definately go back to using this! Thanks!

I am pretty sure that the over-eating is strictly out of boredom. I guess I have an oral fixation or something because I just like to be eating! LIke yesterday, for example, I snacked on 3 cups of cottage cheese, yogurt, and a ton of rice cakes. Pretty healthy choices, but I didn't need to eat nearly as much as I did! It's mindless eating at it's worst! I do, of course, sometimes eat the crap such as pizza or chips, but that's a once a week thing. I am extremely dedicated to my workouts and rarely miss a day. If only I could be as dedicated to keeping my calories down as I am to working out!

Weight Loss Question about Deficits? Aug 11 2008

Ok, i kind of get it, but the top number says 2930. SO this means that's how much I should burn throughout the day? then the bottom number says 2173. That's what they think I've burned so far?? I've logged 601 calories of burn from my workout this morning.  I'm really not a fool I just cannot grasp this concept for some reason, haha.

Weight Loss What's the best way to get rid of belly fat? Aug 10 2008

The only way to shrink that belly fat is to up your cardio. Like a previous poster said, there is no such thing as spot reduction. Genetics play a role in where you carry your weight as well, so losing from the mid-section might be more tough due to your genes.

Weight Loss Late Night Eating Jul 23 2008

I know just where you are coming from. The late night eating has been my biggest problem for several years until recently. For some reason my appetite just sky rockets after 8pm and that might take a while to change. But until it does, I stock up on sugar free popsicles (15 calories a piece). That way I can "binge" on those and only take in 45-60 calories! Also low-fat yogurt satisfies my late-night cravings. The best tip I can give you it to just not have high-fat/calorie foods available to binge on at night...cuz in my case, if it's there I will devour it!
