my husband noticed alot more than me he would notice week by week, i myself noticed after about 15 pounds, my clothes got alot looser....

i was hoping last night was a dream, we had a movie night with too many fixin's, chips,salsa, chili cheese dip, cheese sticks, pickles, popcorn, and sodas!!!! AND that was on top of the homemade bbq chicken pizza we had for lunch!

ive lost 20 pounds and my bra siza hasnt changed a bit, i wish it would tho, ive never been able to wear a tank top that fit right, im a 38 D, was a 36 full C before weight gain....

im thinking since we had an expensive emergency come up and have no extra cash, we'll eat spaghetti, garlic bread and salad, and order an extra special movie off of netflix....maybe lady and the tramp, lol, well re-create the spaghetti scene....

weighed in tonite since i wont be on tomarrow, might as well give yall the crapp news as well

im at 216 which would be a 5 pound gain from last week and the week before, which is incorrect, my scale was on the fritz, i acutally am not sure how much i lost for those weeks, however it is a 5 pound loss from the week before last, where as i was actually at 221, i think, but i myself am confused, anyway im so sorry team...got a new scale tho, hopefully it wont be happening again...

sorry team 1 technically it wasnt a gain, because technically my scale was broken so it read wrong for the 10 pound loss. edit* so ive actually lost 5 pounds for the last 2 weeks and am unsure of my actual weight for the last 2 weigh ins....

i stop eating when the sun sets, which is usually around 6, 6:30, we go to bed around 9-10, if i get a lil hungry before bedtime i usually eat some pudding, the sugarfree ones 60 calories, or a special k bar, 90 calories, i eat it slowly tho, that way it feels a little more filling....good luck

i know how you feel, i got sick and hadnt lost a pound in 2 weeks, still having a lil trouble, but ive upped my calories a bit and lowered my sodium intake and im finnaly busting thru, i hate having to eat more, but ive noticed its helping alot more than sticking to my 1200 calories a day.

yes ma'am you can, thats all i eat, if i dont i do what i did last night and get carried away, i coordinate my meals with what i make my husband for dinner, whatever i make him, i buy the same thing only in a lean cuisine, healthy choice, or smart ones meal....so far since jan. 3rd, ive lost almost 20 pounds (and thats with being dog sick for 2 weeks now, and having a free day every week, or like this weekend, a free weekend, lol), and i dont just eat lean cuisines, i got tired of eating the same meals over and over, so i eat all the kinds they have (south beach, lean cuisine, helthy choice, and smart ones), i have south beach diet breakfast wraps for breakfast, special k bars for snacks, healthy choice soups for lunch, and whichever meal for dinner, my favs that i would recommend as the most filling are the healthy choice ones, they come with yummy deserts in em!!! and if you like pizza, get the french bread pizzas, there really filling and taste just like the stouffer ones!!! they also have desserts and treats as well, like eclairs, strawberry shortcake, double fudge cake, and cookies and ice cream sundae, i dont ever feel deprived, anyways hope i was of help....

<edit> hairgurl is right tho, it does get expensive, and counting calories is alot easier than adding all them stinking points up!!

i dont like this post :( i like alcohol....what about vodka, i have a bad habit of starting out with 1 or 2 drinks, 1/4 part vodka, 3/4 part diet sprite, then i take a nasty turn like i did last night, and i drink the whole dang bottle :(  i still see results after nights like last night but in the back of my head im worried about what its doing to me and whatnot??? i unno :((  it cant be that bad can it???

sgrrmagg, what i do, is depending on how many cals i lack, i drink a glass of v8 splash, or 2, or have a smart ones dessert, like strawberry shortcake or cookies sundae, (about 160 -170 depending on which one, theres like 5 or 6 that they have out there?) or oatmeal would be good, since its great in fiber, and if you get home to late, like past your eating curfew, just make sure you take some snack stuff with you to work....special k bars are great and fit in your apron....much love...raro

i wrote screw it because she was told in another post what she should and shouldnt do, and i realized that i had repeated everything that they had wrote, she obviously didnt take it to heart yesterday, which leads to me to beileve that either 1 she doesnt care or 2 she doesnt really want our advice

bo bo, you need to eat more than 1200 calories everday, and on the days you work out like that " alilttle bit more than 1200" isnt going to cut it, your going to lose the muscle youve been working so hard to get, you might lose the weight fast, but your going to flab up (your muscle will turn to fat) b/c of the lost muscle and in the end your not going to end up being as healthy as youd like, plus when you start to eat normally after you lose the weight, its going to start creeping up on you...there thats what i intially wrote, but its most likely a waste. i do hope its not tho, i dont wish bad health upon anyone, if you want to do it right, you need to take some advce from some people and use it, you need to do it the right way, we all want to be thin and healthy, and we all want to do it right, slowly but steady if thats what it takes, and if you want that as well hunny, you got to do it right...

anyways, best of luck, im sorry i was rude with the screw it comment....i didnt mean any harm by it....

you need to boost your calories quite a bit, especially if your working out, and more protien as well, also sodium pretty much  makes you retain water, id cut down some, i think your spose to consume around 2500mg of sodium a day, but im unsure of that, i would just eat your chili sauce and and hot sauce in moderation, go by the serving size on the bottle that way you know exactly how much sodium intake your getting from it....my bro was in the army and was deployed over in iraq last year and unfortuantly is going back this year, hes got quite the beer belly also, so the protein boost helped him quite a bit to slim down and gain more muscle, as well as mucho mucho crunches to tone his tummy....good luck to you
