Sometimes when I have days like that
I log as much as i want
then the rest I log as a food that calorie count doesnt know (the second option under food log)

I just put in say 1,000 calories.
a random number of grams
and under the description i say...
grandmother's house
or passover

this way I dont forget my cal intake was higher that day, but i dont have to take SOOO LONG to log everything.

:-D try it, its so much easier and you are guilt free

What did you do a great job at this week? Getting back on track from binging

What could you improve on in week 2? Eating less of those yummy honey TLC crunchy bars, 180 cals is A LOT that I cant eat later on in the day.

Goals for Next Week:
Continue at about 1500cal a day, with a deficit of AT LEAST 703 (see why in journal). Loose 1 pound, and be on the way to another one lost!

hey im 16, 150lbs 5'8" just woundering do any of you have a problem with not having a scale in the house? how do you buy one without your parents knowing, its awkwarddd to like ASK for a scale, ya know? jw if any of you have that problem, cuz we have an old mechanical scale that i dont think is accurate, and i really wanna buy a digital one, even just a cheep 20 buck one.

UGH my family does that
its comments like that that drove me to becoming and staying overweight.

"Oh, look at that, the bread is gone, i bet she ate it all. ugh"
or maybe...

"Are those prepackaged salads hers?" "psh, yea except that she eats 9 of them in one day!"
or somtimes...

"I dont know if youve noticed, but somtimes you seem to snack after dinner, i think you should stop that :-\ ... im not sure if your ACTUALLY hungry"

GASP! um excuse me!?
yea, so i got fed up one day, about a week ago.
and I just said. "actually i really would like it if you would stop commenting on what I eat, it does not make people comfortable when you talk about their eating habits"
or somthing of that nature, looking them in the eye, and walked away

they havnt said anything since. :-)

oh i like that one carlyf!

If I could eat as much of a food as i liked for the rest of my life without getting fat, without a doubt it would be....
1) skippy penutbutter (heaven in a jar)
2) cookie dough
3) pasta with cheddar cheese
4) rolls and butter when out to dinner

Fav healthy food.. i get cravings for these just as much
1) salmon and grey sole... oh and cod (lol i love fish)
2) creamed spinach
3) oatmeal
4) berries and tropical fruit
5) hummus
6) apples
7) CHICKEN CEASAR SALADS!

Oh, and yes to that carlyf, that would be a dream come true!!

why dont you...
1) plug all your food into the food log to find out the calories so far and nutrition of them.
2) go to tools and figure out what your expenditure is
3) subtract anywhere from 500-1000 from your expenditure (never going below 1200!!!)
4) compare the perfect weight loss number... to what you ate today.
5) adjust accordingly

do that each day and youll be fine.

myliberation- yea, sorta, but from what everyones said here, i should wait until another month goes by and then tell my doctor.

its weird, because i am nowhere close to anerexic or underweight, and i havnt been loosing weight that drasticly. 2.5 months and 16 pounds. with a BMI of 22.8

no clue, always hoping it comes back, esp after high fat binges... it never does though. lemme know if yours does though! lol i need tips! haha

yup, thats me today
i had an intake of about 900 and not hungry at all
i went to the gym for 60min, so i burned 2,600cals today
which means that i need at LEAST 1,600
so i had a bar and apple
now at about 1,100
so dinner should be big i guess, and il probobly have a snack afterwards

its funny, because some days 1,600 is SO little.. and i want to just die from hunger. but some days 1,100 and im satisifed and have to find ways to eat

no relation really to exersize for me... maybe that time of the month? i hope so , i havnt gotten it in two months. k im rambling. =]

odd though huh?

I would like an reply to this too!
I think my bloating and retaining water weight is from sodium
i have anywhere from 3,500 - 2,500 mg
it needs to come down!

ive been cutting out soups (which i love :[ )
and then today i reliezed that salad dressings got a ton!
any other foods that i should be avoiding?

but its ok, day 2 on my 25-day binge free challenge! 140s here i come!!

around the house.. penut butter... bread and butter... nuts... granola... potatos... pasta... poridge.

i can have everything but the pasta, granola, potatos, and penut butter in moderation now... working on the others.

but out in the world, where there is more food... any candy, chocolate, cake that sort of thing, anything that i know brings me over my day's goals... makes it hard to stop. like an "oh well, might as well..."

But ive gotten loads better... every day.

New years eve pictures in the profile. i dont even look human, and i just had had it

I relized that it could be easy if i did it right this time the first and only new years resolution ive ever stuck to! its been 2 months, which doesnt sound like long, but long used to be 6 days.

im 5' 8" and 151 i have a lot of size 8 pants, 1 pair of 6s, 1 size 4 (runs big) and then a 31 (although they are big), 30 (wait, i lost those), 29, and 28 (my fav) EU sizes.

lol, weird huh?

i would love to be a solid size 4. (2 is just impossible) but also, i would love to fit comfortably into these two size 5 jeans, a size 4 capris, and some 4 and 6 skirts that I have been saving. they all run a little small

basicly i want to go from a 8 to a 4 when i reach around 140.

does anyone else have this weird problem with being all over the place?

Also, try getting a weight, dumbell, or somthing and putting it on the scale.
see how it reads compared to the actuall weight of it.
I have an old school scale too, and im constantly wondering if its right.
