I still remember the last part of Terminator I. He just could not be killed! When you thought he was destroyed, little parts crept on. So creepy. As I said, I never forgot it. |

Please don't bring politics to this site - there are other places to express these thoughts. But if you insist, I can mention Bill Ayers or Acorn. |

I live in this area and have been seeing it on the news. So sad. Stupid girl - she'll spend much of the rest of her life in prison for a jerk she met on MySpace, and she's lucky Wisconsin doesn't have the death penalty. At least the killer got the death penalty, in a macabre way. The family of the victim, a good man, is grieving so much. So difficult and tragic. This is right up there with the recent doctor-high-on-drugs driving head on into a car carrying a pregnant school principal and her young daughter, and killing them all. Some things are simply unexplainable in any rational way.

I've discovered Fiber One Pancake Mix, and think it is great! Just add 1/3 c water to 1/2 c mix, and it makes 3 good sized pancakes in about 2 minutes. All for 180 calories! Top with 1/4 c. sugar-free syrup @ 30 calories and you have a healthy, filling breakfast for only 210 calories. Can't beat that! Add some fruit or a yogurt and you still have a low-cal breakfast. This is a wonderful product you should try. For now this has replaced my daily steel-cut oatmeal breakfast I make in the crock-pot. Either one, healthy and filling. |

I also got the Scholl's inserts and they worked great for me. I got three pairs at Walmart ($2 cheaper) so I don't have to switch too often. After a short while I had no pain. I still wear them in my shoes but am not as fussy as I was, but if my heels starts hurting again I'll be sure to use them all the time. |
