I'll join!

I'm 5'6" and fluctuate between 147 and 150.  My goal is 135, and August 25th is a great date because that's right before my birthday and a trip home to see family (haven't been home since Christmas).  I'm usually pretty good about eating well, but lately I've been struggling a little bit more.  It'd be nice to have some accountability for what I eat, and the motivation to be better about it!


Plan: 

  • 1300-1400 cals/day
  • Cardio at least 5 times a week
  • Strength training at least 3 times a week (including Pilates, abs etc.)

Any suggestions or modifications?

Wow.  That's really all I can think to say to you, dcyounts.  Wow.  You've got a LOOOOT of growing up and maturing to do.  I wish you luck with that.

Definitely the stomach!!  I can usually mask it to look like it's flat, but I would never let anyone see it bare!  My thighs and arms are the next on the list.
