I was a school teacher this past school year then I quit to stay home with my new baby and now I am a crossing guard.  That's a 180. :)

January of 2007 I used this web site to loose weight.  I did loose it got down to 141. Yeah! Then october of 2007 I got pregnant. Start weight was 155 July 2 weighed in at 207 had the baby on July 3rd.  Now she is 3 months old and I am down to 183. I lost that in the first month I haven't lost a thing in the past 2 months. I completely breastfeed.  I am starting weight training tonight.  I am a little scared that my milk supply will lessen, any ideas? It is great to be back. Thank you!

My goal 2 months ago was 13 pounds as of today I have 1 pound to go.  I could go another 5 pounds and still be a healthy weight though.

2 milk jugs I would think weigh 10 pounds.  Big bag of flour or sugar.  Sack of potatoes. A mini dashund (dog)

I hate it when someone posts a question and you give your answer or advice based on what you have learned and experience or read and then they retailate on you. So if you dont justify and say what they "really" want to hear they get defensive. Its like why ask if you wont listen anyway. I could go on to but it's not fun anymore.  I have had great success with using this site.  I have loved it.  I am 1 pound away from my goal and then its maintaining time.  32 pounds down because of all of you thank you for everything.

If your work has you walking or standing like mine you can change to make it exercise. I use to walk 2 miles now 5-9 miles a day. I dont stand around anymore. Kids laugh when they see me doing lunges.  During Feb. challenge I lost 9 in and 6 pounds by adjusting my lifestyle.  So I just wanted to let you all know I am being honest.  :)

Your not eating enough.  Sounds strange but true.  Your exercising more so now your body is going to keep the fat because your not upping the calories to accomidate the to great of a  defecit.  Try 100-200 a day and see if it will start dropping again.  I been there and upped the calories and now I am down 10 pounds since Jan 13.

I am not sure how you can stay in your calorie intake and eat foods that are very high in calories.  I could eat one meal from Wendys and it be 1000 calories.  Mine is 1400 a day.  There is no way I could eat all unhealthy food and not starve from not being able to eat 3 meals a day and a couple snacks and stay within my intake to loose weight.   One hersey bar is around 300 calories thats breakfast right there.  No way can you eat junk and loose weight effectively.   Just my 2 cents!    CC works for me I am down 10 pounds today since jan 13th. :)

My splurg which will be in about an hour is a Dr.Pepper.  Not diet I don't do diet.  That 250 calories or more depends if I go fountain or bottle.  <hehehe> Will be sooo good.  I started CC Jan 13 and today I was finally down 10 pounds.   Another splurg will be going to the Melting Pot next Saturday for my anniversary.  I am always accountable for my splurges.  You still count those calories and put them in your food log.  That keeps you in perspective.  Have a great day!

I am down 12 pounds since I last wear shorts. (have lost it since Jan 8 this year) I could zip them up but they weren't very attractive on me. Really tight.  I have not tried any summer stuff on yet though.  It snowed a lot this week so I'm still in winter mode.  Great job everyone.

It's like clock work for me.  I don't loose during that week usually a pound more but man after its done I loose 3 pounds.  This has been for the past 2 months now.  I still work hard that week and watch what I eat even though I don't see the results till after but its worth it for me.  Down 11 pounds in 7 weeks. 9 ince starting CC Jan 13th.

I added my inspirational picture and one from Christmas which was 17 pounds less still need to do a current one with 11 more pounds gone. Just wanted to share that. :)

I'm 5'7 3/4 highest weight 170 Oct. 05  I had always been a skinny girl.  During my divorce I got depressed and lost a lot of weight. Went down to 110.  I started dating a while in and gained a lot of weight.  Then seems over the last few years I kept gaining. So Oct of 05 I came here started exercising and last 20 pounds.  I noticed this past Christmas I had gained 3 of those pounds back I lost 2 pounds and signed up on here again.  I am now down 9 more pounds and weigh 142.  :)

Man I have missed 4 days of work my exercise class twice this week all because I had to come down with strep throat and bronchitis.  Now  exercising for Feb. has come to an end with no mins added for dayssss. <sigh> It really is not fun being sick and not exercising like I usually do.  Glad I met my goal already.
