| I'm 58 and just started this program 6 days ago. I have struggled with my weight but after retirement in 4/2005, it is really out of control. According to CC, I should weigh 127 and I weigh 170 now. I am living in Mazatlan, Mexico nine months per year, so I have an extra challenge with food choices. I need to step up my exercise and I just started yoga and I plan to walk two or more miles five times a week. Any encouragement would be appreciated. | |||
