I finaly started me SI6 2 days ago.  I realy like it, and allready feel the difference.
My question:
What's the schedual i should fallow with all the different work out?

oh i now how you feel..
I just spent a week at my dad's in Quebec city and i ate so much i must of gaind 3-4 pounds... i feel huge!
i can use some motivation too!

I ordered SI6 last friday and UPS was at my place last wenesday... realy realy fast!! (I'm in Otario too)

I wasn't home... so i have to go pick it up at the UPS store tomorrow. 
I can't wait to start it!

is it something i should do every day?

Any advise for the beginner?

Monix. 

I just read Taylorn's post.  she said over 300 cals but i don't know for how long... i guess less then an hour? so you think it would burn more then 300 cals per hour?

Anyway it's realu no big deal, it's still a good workout, i a do hope to see results... but right now i'm stuck in a plateau because when i first started my weight loss i wasn't eating enough so i'm tring to get out of the starvation mode.  I eat much more now, but sill not loosing, alcualy probable gainning a pound a week right now... :o( i might also be gaining muscle, because there seems to be a lot less fat on my stomack (not smaller, just harder)  witch makes me just as happy. Next step is to get that extra fat away.  Will smil in 6 get rid of that orange skin look?

OMG.... i just bought it... it's 77$ US so about 100-110$ canadian... it's so expensive... i hope it's worth it.. i'm having second thaughs because of the price..  well at least they have there 6 weeks money back garanti if i don't like it..

Hi everyone!

I would love to start SI6, but i'm not sure where to buy it.  Online it's so expensive, shipping and handeling... plus is in US money and i live in canada.  witch mean it does up about 50%... Any store have it? wallmart or places like that? Thanks!

ok... i don,t know about GNC... i have President's Choice Trim plan. 

it's pretty good, i use to take it for breakfast.  now i'll take it as a lunch.  i could take it after the gym, i usualy go around lunch time ;o) perfect.  I guess i should take around 79 g of protein according to you're maths.  Witch mean i have enough.  I will try this plan for now, see how it goes,  i'm flexible, on my menu.  I just need to get a good picture to make sure i eat enough.  Thank you sooo much for your help.  I'll give you some feed back!

jem599, it's ok, no offence taken! I do apreciate your help!

By protion on chesse, i mean 2x30g of cheese.  light cheddar.

I added all the protein fron the cheese, milk, peanut butter, salmon or tuna, almond, yugour (it is low fat, it's a mousse, it has 60 cal) , i have between 69 and 77 g of protein.  I realy don't know how much that is.. i'm new at this... is it enough?

I was tinking about it... i could add a meal replacement (powder mixed with milk) to mu lunchs.  It add 260 cals and 14 g of protein.  with that, i would be at 1500 cals.  Not bad right? (don't forget that i WILL eat more things during the day, couple of thing here and there when i'm ungry.  I don't go on hungry anymore.. if i am i eat, witch means that 1500 cal is a minimun)

ok.. first of all, those comment are kinda rude don,t you think? i know you guys are trying to help, but telling people off is only gonna push them away, that's proven fact...

i did add calories, i added 2 portion off cheese and some almonds. When i do eat as much as i wrote there, i do feel full... we all have different appetit.  on days that i eat more then 1500cals, i gained weight the next morning...

i also upped my calories buy about 400 cals a day not only 100...

i can't eat eggs... i'm allergic...

anything else beside eggs?

all right i worked on a daily menu, can you give me some feed back?

Breakfast:

2 whole weath toast, with peunut butter and banana, one cup of milk 2%

Lunch:

some baby carrots, some cucumber, about 20 almonds, 2 slices of cheese

Dinner:

1 cup of corn, 1/2 cup of green beans, 3 onzes on salmon or some canned tuna, 2 slices of cheese.

Snaks:

i cup of grapes, plus one yogourt, and a little pack of all bran bite sise crackers.

Total: around 1294 cals.  Of cours, i will cheat and end the day with a few extra cals... that's just me!

You are all probably right. 

It's kinda hard for me to eat more... i always end up eating junk food... is that a good way to increase my cals? well... it's not healty i know... but it is more cals... it<s hard to eat so many calories of healty food.  It seems like sooo much food! lol

But thank you everyone, i'm sure you're right, i'm gonna do everything i can to make sure my metabolis is ok.

Here's what i eat in a  regular day:

Breakfast:

1 grapefruit, one yogourt  or one toast peanut butter and banana

Lunch:

Half a cucumber, one cup of carots, a V8, a snack pack of all bran crackers

Snak:

one cup of grapes  or  a banana

dinner:

Anything i cook... spaggetti, shepperds pie, salades, chicken, anything!

evening time Snack:

i usualy binge... i i had craving during the day... like a sandwitch, or anything fatning!

is what i eat ok?

are those night time craving not helping my plateau?

i'm not to sure... i don'T realy keep track of my food anymore... it discurage me...

(as for #7, i didn't count everything else, like walking to school with a big backpack, (30 mnutes) walking in school, and all the little things like that... let me count it all

On days that i do go to the gym, i burn about 2,215 cal/day.

On day that i dont, it's about 2000cals/day... doesn't seem that much to me?

ok...

well for the first weekk or so of my weight loss i went down to 1200 -1300 cal a day.  Then i wetn down to 700-800 for about 2 weeks... it was becoming an obsession... i did loose 10 lbs, but befor it got to bad i took it under control and up my cals to 1200 again.. it's been 2 weeks not and since then i haven't lost.  it worries me a lot because like i said, mt trend is pointing up, i'm scard of gaining it all back :o( Man i'm so stuck...

around 1900 cal.  But i exercise not that much... yoga for about 30-45 minutes/day, jump rope for about 10-15 minutes/day, and gym for about 45 minutes twice a week.  I do eat a lot more then befor... i'm scared of eating even more BECAUSE i'm not loosing.... you know what i mean? it's like a visious circul :(

Hi,

I did start yoga and i like it.

Unfortunatly i'm still not loosing weight... i've been stuck in a plateau for alomost 2 week now and i'm realy sad about it :o( Does Yoga help loose weight? Does it just built muscle, witch is weight? what's the desal with yoga? beside making you more flexible!

hi

I when out shopping today, here's what i baught:

Jumping rope : 4$

Yoga set (Mat, elastic, video, intruction, calcium suplement) : 20$

:o) 24$ (canadian) and i have everything i need to work out at home. This is awesome! i also got my dauther a little jumping rope so she can jump along with me.  Right now she can't, it's to hard for her, but she like it anyway :P

I started yoga tonight... OMG sooo much harder then i was thinking! i'm soo not flexible! Never was.. even when i was a gymnast.. so i don,t know if it's gonna improove, i have a strait back..

OMG i tried jumping rope (with my house coat belt lol) i can't beleive how much it works! I'm sooo tired, i only did 10 minutes! I almost feels like running! plus it burns 600 cals per hour! Amazing!

everyone should do that :P

Lysistrata, thank you for the link! It's a realy great web site!

I also loooove the idea of Yoga Today.  The only problem is that my internet connection is very very slow, so it takes about 5h to download. I guess i will download them in the morning befor i go to school.  Does anyone know what time the daily video are available at? I hope it's urly! :P

I see... i does sound interresting.
