I dont think its tacky. It takes a long time to legally finalize a divorce, right? That's not your fault. If its time to move on, move on and get your new life started! Congratulations by the way! :)

Stairmaster does it for me! I go at level 3 or 4. I have problems with my stamina/breath too so you should try it. It gets your thighs and bum toned, and burns a lot of calories which I would think could help your tum.

That doesnt sound too bad, but I dont know that much about handball.

It would be my dream to go to the gym and do yoga, cardio and weight training and stretching for about 4 hours  a day - you're lucky girl! I would keep up the good work. ;)

I have the same problem and I'm kind of confused, too! I eat oatmeal for breakfast, it keeps me more full than anything else I have found, but I still am hungry for lunch by 11 am!

Yesterday I did a little better, but still far from my goal. I only had enough time to do a half hour of cardio, so that plus my regular day's activities added up to 6,850.

I think if I could increase my cardio to at least an hour I would be closer to 10,000!

It just seems to make it that much more obvious that I really need to increase my activity.

Hi! I make my own salsa and keep half and freeze half. I think it will last indefinately in the freezer, but I'm not sure.

I chop up fresh garlic, tomatos, red onion, black beans, red pepper and green pepper.

Then I add some frozen corn, some lemon juice, olive oil, and salt and pepper.

Its fun to make! I think since it doesnt have preservatives it must be healther than the jars you can buy at the store, and I think it tastes good and is fun to make, too.

I see it in the grocery store with the flour and other baking things, maybe even with the bread machine mixes. It is usually on the top shelf.

I put it in my oatmeal every morning!

I heard Sandra Dee, an actress who was super thin from back in the day, only ate lettuce! There is a lot of controversy over her having an eating disorder during the time she was acting.

Yes, same happened to me when I was doing a lot of weight training.

Once you get past the numbers and realize you like your new body that much better, you kind of get over the temporary weight gain eventually. :o)

I heard that the more muscle you have, the faster your calories are burned by your body. Something like muscle burns more calories than fat, even during doing your every day things.

So I think its good that you're doing so much weight training. I think it means when you do your cardio, you'll be burning more calories.

I'm trying to add more WT into my routine, because I was solely doing cardio and it has been a slow road!

I bought ocea sprays unsweetened cranberry juice once, and it was just too tart for me to drink. :( Sucks because I love cranberry and would love to cut out the sugar in it.

Congratulations! I am anti aspertame also. It makes me feel lightheaded and gross. I think it affects some people more than others.

I gave up diet and regular soda 5 years ago now and it feels great! It feels good to get the carbonation out of your body. I heard that it can take about 2 weeks for the carbination to leave your body, so to say, and then after that your stomach looks and feels less bloated.

Bagels are my favorite food in the whole world. I have no willpower around them. Every time someone brings them into work, I say I'm not going to have one and then I always end up eventually eating one. 

Just eat them and then exercise!

I got my legs to look really good and toned by doing the stair climber for 30 minutes during my workout.

I went at a really slow pace, level 3 or 4. I dont think that you have to go fast to get toned and build the muscles. I think just going through the motions of stair climbing will tone your thighs and butt.

It really works, after doing it for a month I got a lot of compliments from friends!

that is crazy! i kept thinking as i was reading your post that you were going to conclude with something like "and she's as thin as a rail" or something else  along the lines of how teenagers can eat so much and have high metabolisms.

but then when you said she was fat, i guess it is just really sobering and a reality shock that no one, no matter how young, can eat that much and get away with it.

that's really sad though! i would feel uncomfortable telling her mother, too, so i cant imagine what you will do.

it is also probably true what someone had posted already about her doing it since she was out of her mother's sight.

I read Sophie's World! It was cool, really different, I wish I still had it. I didnt think anyone else had ever hear of it.
