| I really like to mix cilantro into my egg. For filling I like to use red and yellow bell pepper, some jalapeno if I have it, and red onion. Use fresh cilantro if you can. This is awesome topped with some fresh grated parmesan cheese. Light sour cream and salsa go well also. I have found that it is hard to make an omlet using only egg whites so I sometimes use 2 whites and 1 yolk, or you could just make a scramble with the veggies and egg whites. | |||

I found this one from KrafFoods. It tastes a bit different than traditional alfredo but is definately creamy. I like it. I like putting peas and ham in it so it is a complete meal! I am also a garlic lover so I add garlic powder. This recipe is supposedly half of the calories of regular fettucine alfredo. It makes 4, 1 cup servings.
8 oz. fettuccine, uncooked 1-1/4 cups fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth 4 tsp. flour 1/3 cup PHILADELPHIA Light Cream Cheese Spread 3 Tbsp. KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg 1/8 tsp. pepper 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley COOK pasta as directed on package. MEANWHILE, combine broth and flour in medium saucepan. Stir in cream cheese spread, 2 Tbsp. of the Parmesan cheese, the nutmeg and pepper; cook 2 min., stirring constantly with wire whisk until mixture boils and thickens. DRAIN pasta. Toss with sauce. Sprinkle with remaining 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese and the parsley.
