how about the weightwatchers plain bagels for 150 calories w/ ff cream cheese and a coffee with skim milk? its fast and easy.

i havent tried much sandwiches, the ones you guys listed sound so goood!
but my favorites are:

1. peanut butter & jelly
2. turkey, lettuce, tomato (sometimes cheese - either havarti or light laughing cow swiss)
3. toasted chicken terriyaki from subways w/ american cheese,  lettuce, tomatoes, mayo
4. nutella
5. chicken gyro!
6. cream cheese & strawberry jam
7. grilled cheese

I like nutella, or cookie dough icecream w/ whipped cream and hersheys syrup. or a nice king size snickers =)

aww; im a day late. is it still too late to join?
im pretty good during the week but when friday comes; thats it im out of it, i just go through all the cupboards and the fridge and eat everything in sight. and then saturdays i go out to eat with my friends so everything adds on. sundays we have big family dinners. 

last weekend i gained 4lbs and its not coming off. my stomach ballooned and it doesnt go away in the mornings. its really hard to stop, and im trying my best, i just need some support and self-control!

dry cereal (i like kashi go lean crunch but it might be too sweet on its own, so just stick to plain ol' cheerios or any cereal you like) 
maple & cinnamon toast
fruit salad
banana
crackers
pb&jelly sandwich on ww bread
homemade pizza (ww pita, tomato sauce, shredded mozarella cheese, basil, garlic, oregano - toasted)
oatmeal
granola bar
homemade fruit smoothie (mix oj & various fruits to your liking)
pancakes or waffles w/ maple syrup
vitamuffins
english muffins

you can also always have leftovers from the night before! rice, chicken, etc. you can have anything for breakfast!

on friday i had a hershey bar (it used to be my favorite chocolate) and it just tasted so bland.
i had orange juice before and it made me feel sick to my stomach, it was too sweet. the same happened when i tried some of my friend's cupcakes. i cant handle sweets as well as i used to anymore.

the ingredients are farmer cheese, cream, sugar, chocolate chips, and vanilla aroma! its heavenly =D

lena123; i never said that added up to 1200 calories. i have a hard time eating enough; i already know that. im working on it. there were some days where i actually did manage to eat enough.
oh and i gained 1.6lbs from yesterday, oh well.

ornellanicole; i was planning to have 1200-1600 cals on healthy food. i actually made a meal plan with lots of fruits and veggies, poultry, soup, yogurts, nuts and everything for today. and all of that went down the drain. i just stuffed myself on 2000 cals; half of them being empty calories. i binged on candy; so clearly that is a binge.

please help! i dont know what to do! i have a problem with self-control and bingeing. i always eat whats in front of me; and its even worse when theres big portions. give me a box, and ill eat the whole box. i usually tend to binge on chocolate or chips or something, ANYTHING! i gain/lose weight all the time. i try to eat healthy for a week, and then by the end of the week its like i wasted all that healthy eating for nothing. i go crazy, and i cant stop. and i really really want to. i want to be normal. i want to stop eating when im full, eat healthy, indulge from time to time but not all the time. i want to stop counting calories; stop thinking about food every single minute of the day!! i wish i could be normal. i just dont know what to do anymore =/

i make my own coffee w/ hazelnut fat-free coffeemate. its so delicious =) and at times ill just go with the plain dark black coffee; but lately its just gotten too bitter. 
back in the day when i didnt care about my weight, when i used to get starbucks; i always got caramel frappucinos with whipped cream & caramel syrup swirled on top. and a coffee cake.
if i ever stop by starbucks now, ill just get a venti hazelnut coffee w/ skim milk and ill put splenda in it.
