| I know exactly what you mean. Two weeks ago, I was within 3 lbs. of my target weight and now I'm 8 lbs. away!! It's like as soon as I saw I was getting close I felt like I could eat what ever I want.

| I'm in the same boat as you. Today for example, I watched everything I ate, about 1400 calories, I walked/jogged for 30 minutes and I was still 4 lbs. heavier than I was 3 days ago! It's so depressing and then I think "This nutter butter isn't going to make any difference now!" and before I know it i"m on a complete binge!
Maybe we could help each other get serious and be held accountable! Let me know Amber |

| If you are going to try to reset yourself like the previous person suggested by eating apples, eat them with peanut butter and you'll get the protein. Just a suggestion.

| I'm in the same boat as you, only I struggle with the calories I eat. I end up eating about 1200-1600 but I WANT to only eat 900, even though I know it's wrong.
