I've never used a fitness ball before but I work from home and that would be an easy change. Is it safe/recommended to sit in it all day if that is an option? Is there one better than another? Any info you can give me, I would really appreciate as I think I'll go buy one. |

| It would be so nice. I've wanted to move out of the corporate world and actually work somewhere where I'm doing something good for a change.
Anyway - enough about work :-) HK - you're a big HP fan. I've never seen or read any of them but was thinking about Netflixing the movies. All the hype is making me curious. |

| Kimne - they also say take your vitamins at night because if you take them before Alli, Alli could breakdown the vitamins and you will not get the benefits. Since you don't take Alli at night, they say that is best. | |||

| No one wants to be cheated on and if you've made a commitment - you should honor that commitment. I've been cheated on, I've been the cheater (once) and I've also been the 'other woman'. None of the 3 positions were any fun to be in. BUT - you can't judge unless you've been in that position. Not everyone has a perfect relationship and there are times when people make mistakes. However - if your man/woman has cheated more than once - time to kick them to the curb cause they are not into you. | |||
