| I agree it does sound like get rich quick plan, no I am not sure if I want to do this though god knows how tempting it is. okay guys I am facing a little problem here food in subcontinent are high in calories so I am not certain I the calories I am consuming are within the limits . everything has so much oil here . I try my level best to find the calorie and stay within my limits. Initially I lost 4 pounds but now it seems to have stopped? oh and the kimkins lady as amycarlson says have kept the weight of for 5 yrs. | Hello everyone
I am 22 years old and weigh 202 pound, shamfull I know. I have just recently joined CC and everyone here has been very helpfull and encouraging. I have 82 pounds to lose and sometimes it feels like an impossible task. The idea and philosophy behind mini goals seems very right and as of today i ll also divide my goal into mini packs . lol . and congrats to everyone on ,aking some progress and hope i ll soon join the clubs of losers to. i means losing weiight ;) |

| I have a question too, suppose I consumed 1300 cal which is my required rate to lose weight and I exercised for an hour and burned 300 calories, would it mean that if I continued eating like this I ll go into starvation mode, or I should eat few hundred extra calories on the day I exercise like 1500 calories so that after burning calories through exercise I have leftover of 1300 calories. I hope I am making sense.thx. | |||

| thanks for your help and you are definately making me feel better so on average i should eat around 1500 calories on the day i am active . | |||

congratulations!!! you certainly are motivation for rest of us, I found this site to days back and I am convinced by people like you who have achieved some of thier goals, That I too can lose weight after years of trying. wish me luck and congrats again. |
