i started at 212 currently at 199 my goal weight is 145 only problem is i love chocolate. |

| thanks guys im going to need alot of help! the biggest problem i seem to be having is getting my calories up. today i only at about 545 which is really bad. its actually the lowest calorie day ive had in a couple weeks i usually average between 900-1200 im a vegetarian and i eat on a school meal plan which doesnt have a lot to offer for vegetarians. i know i need to increase my calories but i dont want to do it with breads. if you have any suggestions please let me know | |||

| i started at 210 and as of today im at 199....i think this is great to weigh in on fridays, everytime i see a scale im very tempted to jump on and see how much i weigh but i will try to restrain myself until fridays. | |||

| i know the feeling. I pretty much did the same thing this week. the only advice i have is to just pick it back up thats the only thing that you can do. you cant beat yourself up for losing track. it happens to everyone. its getting back on track that counts. just keep treking and good luck in the future | |||
