i gained 2 pounds becuase since i cant eat from braces

i get MORE Hungry so i started eating

but thanks!! what should i eat for breakfast except for scrambleed eggs?

i run about uhm 30 min on treadmill

and another 1 hour on this other machine

n i do 100 crunches.

i've been running for like 3 weeks now

oh and also my friend has this package she bought from safeay or CVS it adds flavor to it like watermelon etc. and its only 5 calories is that ok to mix it in with my water?

Yes i am very happy, all of a sudden this site made my day very happy :)

well my intake on calories are gonna be at least 1300

since u need at least 1200 to function haha

so for breakfast : 2 cups of special k cereal  2/3 skim milk

snack: apple and lots of water

lunch: im not verry sure ?

and dinner well i think that it depends on what my mom makes since we're of a different
culture

but probably 1 servin of rice and a little bit of meat and veggies)

and i am determined to since i play travel soccer and the coach pushes you really hard

but im afraid i might push myself TOO hard and hurt my body :=/
