Like gi-jane said you should look into it more. Maybe you would like to try Veggie first. That way you arent taking out cheese, milk or eggs. That is what I am doing- except I moved to Almond Milk (soooo good) and free range/organic cheese and eggs. Best of luck to you! |

Zero calories and no need to sweeten it and it is GOOD for you. Soda is sooooo bad for you. I loved it for a long time until I found out how bad it is for your body. I have been off of it for 2 weeks now and I dont even crave it and my weightloss has boosted. Just "food for thought". |

Brandy- Im glad you posted this. We must be on the same wavelength because I read Skinny Bitch too and I was feeling the same way. My husband's family has traditional English Christmas with Roast Beast. I will probably eat a bit but I really have no desire to. I have been taking a lot of slack for trying to go Veggie, let alone Vegan. At any rate I want to make that transition as well since I know it really is better for me. Your post made me feel like im not the only one and I hope you know you aren't either. |

Im a travel agent and I have been on lots of cruises. Honestly, I never gain weight on them because I am so busy walking all over the boat or doing the shore excursions. Keep yourself active and as the others have stated, eat in moderation, but I am sure you will be fine! Try to find excursions where you walk or swim or climb- those are the most fun anyway. Have fun! |

So you can log your weight -- which allows you to do the following:
- Plot your weight curve
- Analyze the trend of your weight (see under Recent in the figure above)
- Determine the projected target date (see under Overall in the figure above)
