| Make sure you're breathing well through out your work out. Also, you said you drank water before hand, but make sure you're drinking lots of water throughout your work out. Don't wait until you feel like your thirsty or push yourself further if you think you need water. But defnitely ask your trainer or doctor especially if you're seemingly doing everything else right. | |||

| The why part is always really hard to deal with. Like everyone said try and indulge yourself with things you love to do but maybe couldn't always do when you were together. Also, even if it's hard try to smile, the more you make yourself smile the more you'll actually start to feel more cheerful. Try to remember back to the confident, beautiful, fun person you were when you weren't hurting and strive to get back to that. Just keeping yourself in positive thinking about yourself makes it easier to not think about him. | |||

| well they could be different, but I know mine says that it's 7 days on the active pills. It should say in the info that came with your specific birth control, or look up your birth control name online and you should be able to find the specifics for it. And if you're worried just use another kind of protection until you're sure it's safe! | |||

| I'm a recent joiner of this community and am starting out at 149. I'm hoping to get down to 130-135. Getting that close to 150 was a big awakening to me since I know it's not healthy for my body and that I was feeding my body very unhealthy things. So starting this week I've revamped my diet filling it with lots of fruits, veggies, lean meat, and good fats, and have started a new exercise routine trying the different group fitness classes my college gym has to offer. So I'm holding off till the end of the week to weigh in becasue not seeing the scale move can be very disheartening to me. So hopefully this community can help keep me motivated. And I can soon be a success story! | |||

| I know even on a treadmill my shins and knees can still get sore. Ellipticals can be easier on the joints and tendons because it's not really running on a surface and you can still get a good cadio workout from them. Also like gscott said make sure you have good shoes they can make a huge difference! | |||

| I'm a college student and like to sleep as late as possible so it makes cooking a healthy breakfast near impossible. So i start everyday off with a Clif builder bar. They come in different flavors, although I think the plain chocolate ones are the best and it satisfies any sweet cravings I have for the day. They're 270 calories and have 20g of protein so they keep me full well into lunch time. They have the nutritional information for them on this site so if you're interested it's easy to look up. |
