Swedish Glace is a yummy vegan 'ice cream'. It comes in vanilla and some other flavours now. I've bought it from Tesco & Sainsburys before and also a local wholefood shop.

I would forget the damn thing altogether and just concentrate on having a relaxing yoga class. You'll enjoy it more! Plus you won't be beeping all the time!

Has to be Oatly Oat Milk for me. Cannot manage without this on my cereal.

On yogurts: I generally only eat Yeo Valley organic yogurt which doesn't have yucky gelatin in! These are a UK brand though. If I buy any other yogurt I always check the label and if it contains gelatin, I do not buy it. Those little mousses almost always have it in so I stick to yogurt (healthier anyway).

Day 6 today and I'm on workout 2. I'm sure it's a bit longer than 20 minutes though. Or maybe it just seems it?!

I've recently started doing Jillian Michaels 30 day shred dvd, 3 workouts, all 20 minutes long. You won't get bored, there's no let up!

Bouncing on mini (or big!) trampolines is supposed to help with cellulite. Something to do with lymphatic drainage and being suspended in air momentarily. Can't remember all the details but it's something like that.

Okay, day 2 today! I think the weights I'm using are heavy enough, especially when you're doing the side lunges and lifting both weights out to the front. Phew.

I have just got this today and tried it out so Day 1 for me! I used 2.5lb weights which are about enough for me although may get slightly heavier ones as I progress. I don't mind this being hard because I know it's all over in 20 minutes so will keep at it for 30 days. I just want some results!

i've had 3 c sections but have only had a belly fat problem for the last 4 years. my last section was 12 years ago and i was slim for years after. I've only put on weight since I met my boyfriend. He's making me fat!

I've got a couple of 10 minute solutions dvds and i think they're great. i never do just 10 minutes, i do 3 or 4 of the sections, i think they're great to mix and match, you can even mix and match from different dvds. I like the 10 minute slim and sculpt pilates - the one with the band!

trampolining or using a mini trampoline? jumping like this apparently drains your lymph glands and hence your cellulite will reduce!
cycling is quite good too.

Isn't callanetics supposed to pull things in and up? I tried doing them for my tummy for a bit and it does seem to make a difference (3 c sections here!). I've seen a similar thing on a dvd from amazon called the bar method and also lotte berk. These tiny movements seem to do the job. Way better than surgery.

If running and pilates are things that you know you can do then stick with it. No point lifting weights if you don't enjoy it because you won't keep it up anyway. I just do pilates and running, both about 3 x week. (sometimes get out the tae bo dvd too). You've got your cardio and your toning covered.

I too am struggling to fit the exercise in. A year ago I was managing a 45 min cycle ride and an hour of yoga most days. Now I'm lucky if I get to run 3 times a week because of extra work and kids. I'm fitting in a fast 20 minute run round the fields when I can (from my house - generally after kids are back from school).  I also have some workout videos with 10 minute sections and sometimes do a couple of those in the morning in between kids leaving for school and me leaving for work. It's a struggle, especially as I seem to be gorging more at the moment and hardly find time to blow my nose!!!

I don't have stairs in my office. My exercise is to the local shop for a sandwich - so defeats the object really! If I'm one my own I do some stretching otherwise I'm really stiff from sitting on my bum for so long!

I do some working out in the morning but it tends to be whatever I can fit in between the time the kids go off to school and the time I have to get ready and leave for work. Not much time so:
sometimes Billys Tae bo quick workout - 15 mins
A couple of 10 minute sections from 10 minute workout dvds I have.
10 minute yoga routine from Yoga Radiance dvd - lovely dvd but quite hard and I can only manage the Spring routine! (which is 10 mins).

You could forget the push ups and doing planks instead? That way the support is on your arms and not your wrists.

Try going out with the purpose of walking initially (to build up your fitness) and then incorporate bursts of jogging/sprints into your walks when you feel you want to.  You will gradually get fitter. I still walk-run-walk-run when I go out and it works fine for me.
I don't think you're eating enough calories though!

I bought his dvd just a few weeks ago and it does seem to burn up lots of calories. Definitely saw the tummy reduce. I'm doing it a couple of times a week as well as running/cycling and a bit of yoga or pilates.
Keep it going because I really think you'll see some good results!

The smell of meat cooking totally makes me want to puke. McD's smells foul when I walk past there.  Can't stand that butcher smell either, the combo of meat and sawdust. Yuk! I can even smell meat on people's breath sometimes and that's not pleasant.
