A quick trip to California and now I'm home and back on track.  Lets see, 3 miles on the 13th, 1 mile on the 14th, 1 mile on the 15th, a mile  on the 17th, 3 miles yesterday and 5 miles today.  so 14 more miles.

It's been a few days...really hectic around here. We're in the process of buying a house and things are just going hay wire. I did 3 miles on Wednesday, 6 miles on Thursday, 3 miles on Friday, 2 miles on Saturday, and 3 miles today. a total of 17 miles in the last week.

5 more miles today, split between the treadmill and outside.  I was cooking dinner and every time I had 15 minutes of just waiting jumped on the treadmill...then after dinner was done cooking went for a 3 mile walk outside.

So I am stating my goal here.  I would like to reach 100 miles walked this month of May.  That means more effort on my part.  I was only 21 miles short, so if I add an extra mile a day, I should be able to do it. 

 

Let's get out there and walk; walk for health, walk for fun, walk for stress relief.

I did 5 miles today.  Didn't do anything over the weekend.  I hate it when life gets in the way of fitness.  We're in the process of buying a house, and the car broke down, and the in-laws came over for lunch, and there was a bowling tournament and banquet ( I spent ALL day, Saturday, at the bowling alley) So I am happy the weekend is over and everyone else is doing stuff and I can get my exercise in.

3 miles tonight on the treadmill.  Although I don't like the treadmill I was feeling very anxious because I hadn't walked, then I walked on the treadmill and am feeling much better about my day.

This is a checklist.  If you answer yes to even one question it means you may be in an abusive relationship. If you answer yes to more than one, you know what it means.  I would tell you to get out of the relationship, in the safest way possible. I don't know how computer savvy your bf is, but if he is, he might be tracking this post.  Wipe your cache files, and clear history on your browser.  Something like this post could cause him to get even angier, especially with people telling you to get out.  There are lots of websites that offer support and plans on how to get out of abusive relationships.  The most dangerous time in an abusive relationship is when the victim tries to leave.  Please be careful.  Please understand that most abusers don't get better, but get worse, the escalation of abuse continues, gradually until you see things that should be never done to you as "I deserved it, because X."
