| I found that my energy was greatly affected by my weight. If i found i lost alot really quickly some weeks i would be really lathargic. I found that as i kept up with the weight loss that my energy picked up more and more with every pound. some day i feel like i have to much energy to know what to do with it. ( desk jobs are not fun when that hapenes) But keep at it fight through the tired spells. Another thing i found gave me a bost of energy is if a enev for a short few min every hour or so do some sort of physical exsertion. Not much and not for long just enough to get my body and muscles moving again and give that surge of adrenalin.

| I found that the best excersize for me when i was struggling with my asthma when it was at the worst was swimming i was diagnosed with excersize enduced asthma and my doctor told me ot go through swimming the best leg and arm owrk out for me in the pool was the butterfly stroke 1 lenght of it then onle lenght of frount crawl then one lenght butterfly then one of frount crawl and one of butterfly and then brest stroke then one of butterfly and then one of elementary back stroke untill i couldnt go anymore. take it easy if you havnt swam before. They are the best cario and muscular workout that i found and the moist humid air of the pool should help with the bad asthma. it helped me

| I went from a health and too big G to a small and tiney B cup i feel for ya girl it sucks but it is part of the adjustments.
Keep going dont get discouraged just flaunt what you do have .. Have fun with your body |

| My name is jenn and I started the game at arround 245lbs... I was and still am 5"0 and realized that i needed to get healthy. It too me three years to loose 110 pounds i still want to drop to down to 105 or 110 depending on how i feel in my skin. hehehe I am 20 years old work a full time job and am in the procces of trying ot buy my own house.

| It could be caused by your body adjusting to your routiene i found that i had to up my physical activity to continue to burn the same amount as i was before. Your body over time will find that once you do physical activity in a set time for so long that that is its norm try that or try doing a differnt fourm of workout it helped me along the way plenty.

| Girl that is the same situation i am in and i found that the best thing to do id give it some time. I have two other things there is this lotion i use called hemps and it is amazing for the soft breast tissue. for my legs too is the softer areas but i found one more thing that makes them look better in the short term for a revealing sskirt or sleveless top i use A Hydrating body mist with no alcohol in it with a light smell or even just spritzing normal filtered h2o works wonders for ya. good luck if you need any questions or if you want to contact me my info is in my profile.

| I had a sever problem with over eating thoughout my childhood. One of the things o found helped was allways having something to drink on hand at all times and something with flavour be it lemon water or tea ( i ussually drink green tea) One tip for the office though is if you pick and snack at candies at your desk like i was just bring in some diabetic candies ( you can get them at most healthfood stores and most supermarkets) I swear by them. But it my just be that your body needs the taste of something or that you are dehydrated if you dont drink enough water though the day your body tricks you into believing that you are hungry when realy all you need is to have a nice big glass of water or tea or juice. if any of this help i am glad. Hope you do well on your journey. Dont be shy if you evver wanna talk just let me know.

| I have the same problem i find the best thing to do is all ow your self to eat a sweeter fruit instead of the suggar and carbs .. fruit is better most other things i find when it comes to craving sugar. yougart is great as well i find it to be the best filler for those really bad days and the potassium in a banna might help witht he shakes i get them too sometimes | |||

| I totally see where you ladys are comming from i am 5'0 and i carry most my weight through my stomac. I found a store that has great petiete lengths ... a true petite length .. urban behaviour sells great pants. for work and play. I started off my journey at 245 and am down to 125 keep at it ladies it can be done.. your all doing great.
