I weigh in first thing in the morning, nude and most of the time right before I jump into the shower. Most of the time I weigh everyday but sometimes I forget too..

Well I kind of got a little of track since I met my first goal of 145. I have since then gotten back on track and Im down too 144 now. Im still around guys. I really dont know what I was thinking..LOL.. I guess I was just so happy to meet my first goal that I just kinda let everything go for awhile.. Anyhow.. Hope everyone is doing great.. gotta gets the kid ready for school!

Well I hadn?t weighed in a few days due to Austin not feeling great and I wasn?t feeling to hot myself. TMI sorry... but I was constipated for days and then when I fixed that problem with.... (You?re going to laugh) but Fiber one Honey nut clusters, 2 whole cups and I had bean and bacon soup for lunch!! WHOA...lol ummm ya by that night and into the next morning.. Problem fixed! I was a bit stinky for a day! LOL and a whole few pounds lighter!!!!!!! I have now met my first goal of 145!...This morning I was 145.2... And that?s close enough in my book!! Now its time for me to set some mini goals and try to get to my ultimate goal of 135!!! I?m going to update my profile and tickers later today... Sorry I haven?t posted in awhile but I don?t have all that much time to get on the computer.. I hope everyone here is doing great! Keep up the good work everyone when you get to your goals it feels so great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I second whoever posted about an IUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!

LOVE IT! No weird side effects at all and I dont have to take a pill everyday eather! Its great! I have been on the IUD since Jan and I have still lost 25 lbs. I am almost at my first goal of 145 lbs! Anyhow good luck!

I missed last mondays weigh in due to my son having surgery so this is total weight lost for 2 weeks.. better than none though ;-)

Mon. April 16th-- 150.0

Today- 148.0

= 2 pound loss.

147.8 Today ;-)... I'm sooo tired... my little man is on 3 different medications after his surgery and last night he exploded though his diaper 4 times in the middle of the night! My poor house reeks of poopy! EWWW!! My morning is starting off great! Get up, because my 4 year old daughter is hungary and then she spills her fruity pebbles cereal all over the kitchen floor.. grrr.. The rest of the day had better go better than this..

Ok.. I?m done..... Rant over.. Sorry but I do feel better now...  ;-)

Hello everyone coming over to join from the 150's club. Today I weighed in at 148 exactly and my trend line is 149. I'm hoping it sticks I havent been this low in a long time since having 2 kids. Its so exciting! Anyhow my first goal is 145 and my second goal is to see if I can get to 135. so now I'm just going to read up a bit on some of the newest postings here.. .and try to get to know all of you and I do remember some of you from the 150's club.

Thank you everyone! Today I was 148.0 and my trend line is 149.8! So I might pop over to the 140's club just to check it out! Keep up the good work everyone....I know you all can do it! Dont give up hope! I almost did a few times and Im so glad that I stuck it out. Im almost to my first goal of 145!!....... Once or should I say "if" I get there Im gonna shoot for my ultimate goal of 135, though Im not sure if I can get that low after having 2 kids now. I was 140-135 for years before I had kids and I was comfortable with that weight. Good luck everyone and I will be back in to check on ya'll!!

Well thanks everyone for the well wishes for my son. He is doing much better today. So far everyday he seems to be getting better and better.

Today I was 148.8. I havent had any time lately to exsercise but Im trying really hard to work it in when I can.

Everyone else...keep up the great work!! We can do this!!

hollybelle- Thanks for asking... my son was born with a birth defect called Hypospadias, its where his urethra didnt form all the way to the top of his penis. He had to have reconstructive surgery but hes at home and doing well now, but the first night was really really rough on all of us. He goes back on Mon. to have the stent removed from his little pee-pee.

Well aside from pigging out on Chocolate (im gonna blame it on the stress ;-) ........... and eating out at subway on the day of his surgery I was still down when I weighed in this morning. I have not weighed in a few days now but today I was 148.6! My trend line is at 150. 

this made my day and made me want to get back on track and stay focused...

Sorry I have been MIA lately.. I haven?t fallen off the wagon or anything but kinda stepped back for the moment. My son is having his surgery done tomorrow and I have been an emotional wreck all week. I?m still holding on at 150.5 but not in the 140s yet. I plan on getting back on track after all this is overwith. Its just so hard to stay focused when I feel so much stress ya know? It sucks.. life just isnt fair, I wish he didnt have to go though this.

Well its 3am here, sorry I have not been around lately. Weight went back up to 151, its my fault I havent been the best lately. We have my husbands cousin staying with us this week and he is shipping out to Iraq in a few days so this is the last time we will see him for almost 2 years. So needless to say I have been slacking a little this week. So anyhow.. I plan to get back on track. Today I am going to sit in a hospital all day because my mom is having surgery on her back. This is her 3rd surgery.. :-( Anyhow just wanted to check in with you guys! I miss ya'll! Talk soon!

Wooo hoooo! I?m so stinking excited. With everything bad that has happened lately finally something goes right!!! Today I barely touched the 140s!! This morning the scale read 149.8!!!!! I?m so excited to see the 140's! I?m not going to leave here until my trend line gets below 150 though. I?m hoping the 140's are here to stay.. Thanks to everyone for helping me with this! Good day to everyone off to start drinking my water like always ;-)

Today I was down again to 150.4 almost there.. I?m going to be so excited to see the 140's!! We have company visiting us this weekend so I?m trying really really hard to be good, and so far I have been!

How is everyone else doing with exercising? The only thing I have been doing lately is walking a mile or so a day, when the weather permits. Lately though the weather has been really crappy here in Illinois and I haven?t been able to get out and walk. I?m still following my calorie intake plan and the weight is still coming off with out exercise. I?m taking in anywhere from 1200-1400 calories a day. I try to zig zag them so my body doesn?t get used to the same thing everyday.

Anyhow I kind of rambled here.. So I?m off to chug some more wonderful water...LOL see ya!

Thanks for posting those links. I have always thought my daughter was underweight and I put in her stats and she is at a heathly weight.. good to know Im doing something right ;-)

Good morning everyone. Today I was 150.6 :-)

Prettybowen- good for you being at 151! Maybe we will be able to cross over to the 140's club together! Also, thank you for the prayers for my son.. His surgery is scheduled for April 24th. He was born with a birth defect called hypospadias. He will have to have surgery on his little pee-pee :-(

Hollybelle- Same for you too maybe we can all cross over to the 140's together! Wouldn?t that be awesome!

poohct- Just keep at it.. sooner or later it will drop off! Good with keeping up with the H2O, it really does help to burn more calories! Good for you!

acaruthers- Everyone is correct that eating to few calories will harm you. Your body does need enough to function. I like what someone else said, try to bring those yummy protein bars to work with you and snack on one when you can. It will help. Starvation mode does take a while to fall into but once your there it can take months for you to pull yourself out of it.

andraw- Congrats on the loss! Keep up the good work!

nocturne- Congrats on being in the 140's again!! I?m pulling for you, you can do this! I'm hoping to be right behind you!

Well I?m off to figure out what?s for lunch today and get another bottle of water good day to everyone! Im trying to keep busy to keep my mind off everything going on with my son.

Well I guess I do the "3 Square" meals a day route.

Bfast-7am

mid morning snack if needed somewhere in between.

12pm lunch

same as above- afternoon snack if needed.

Dinner 5pm

I only snack if Im really hungery otherwise I just plan on 3 meals a day w/snacks.....

So far its working because I have lost 22 lbs. since Jan 23. Everyones different though.... ;-)

Well Im finally back down to where I was before Easter, 151 pounds. I just found out yesterday that my 6 month old son will be having surgery on April 24 so yesterday was a bad day for me, I didnt eat a whole lot but I did eat at Culvers for lunch but I was still down today so Im not going to worry about it... just taking things one day at a time.. Great day to everyone...

Well today I have stayed the same :-( I guess thats ok. (153 lbs.) Im not sure whats going on, Im really bloated and just feel icky. I guess it could be that time of month but I dont know because it never comes so to speak. I have an IUD for birth control and I get all the symptoms of a period but no period ;-) So somtimes Im not sure if Im getting that time of month or not... lol. Im guessing thats whats going on though, or Easter just has me really messed up....off to drink some of my water for the day, yesterday I managed to get in 100 ounces.

Carie to totally know what you mean about the chocolate in the house. We have peeps, chocolate bunnies, kisses.. You name it! Mmmmmm my mouth is watering just thinking about it....BUT I cannot throw them away either because they are my daughters. She got them in her Easter basket from friends and family. So here?s what I do to cope with all the chocolate madness:

Famous Number 1: outa sight outa mind! I swear it works! 2. Every time I crave it, because I know its here I just chug my water or do things to keep me very busy. I?m a stay at home mom and between scrubbing floors, laundry and taking care of my new baby boy.. I have my hands full most of the time.

Oh I also wanted to add that sugar free candy like Baskin Robbins hard candies are awsome! They are like 10 calories a piece! So when my cravings for chocolate get real bad those do the trick!

I have been to sunday school and Im also NOT catholic! Just wanted to add that..

I also had a gain, but its Easter and it only comes once a year I wouldnt really call it "lack of self control" but more so, enjoying all the foods that my family took the time to make for dinner and enjoying the company of friends and family that I dont get the chance to see everyday.

Its back on the wagon today and Im not going to fret about a little water weight.. ;-)
