It could be that you lost muscle and fat replaced it. Muscle is compact. Fat has more "mass" in a poun d than a muscle that is lean.

thanks. Today ive been doing well. So far... I usually kill myself during dinner cause i just eat too much. So hopefully ill survive and not binge before i sleep. Im going for a 5 miles run at 5pm... man its soo hot here tho (cali). I went to a friends house and i actually turned down an invitation to eat really bad stuff. I'm so proud of myself. I usually just follow my friends and eat whatever, but i actually thought about it today. Im really getting tired of my usual food tho. does anyone have any suggestions on low calorie foods cause i really need to find some new fav foods. I think thats why i eat too much now cause im getting tired of the foods that i usually eat. I'll comment back to tell ya if i controlled my binge eating problem for tonite... wish me luck.

Hi my names Venus and ive been juggling between 142-150. I was doing so great three weeks ago when i looked at the scale and it was 143, but then im now 148 and pushing toward 150. I really need to get a hold of myself gah... My goal is going for the 130. It so fustrating tho because ive been in the 140's for months and i have been jumping around. I really hate this peak weight. It seems that my scale is laughing at me lol when i look at it. But i have been losing for quite sometime tho (was 210 pounds) and i got down to 142. I think that i have lost my motivation... And ideas to keep in control of you weight? Im in total need of some support. Thanks.

I would like to try!! I've been eating horribly for the past two months and before that i had perfect eating habits. Im in need of a challenge like this.

I'm 5'4 and i was about 210 pounds two years ago and now im about 145. It was really hard to lose weight and it would of never happened if i did not started running. When i started running i had to do run/ walk intervals and slowly i started to run longer and walk less. I think i would have given up if it hadn't been for my friend and mentor who helped me through all of this. I think the biggest thing is support for you weight loss. And another factor is your habits. I lsot weight running but i didnt know anything about portion control. I went to weight watchers with my friend in tow and i learned how to control my portions. It was very hard cutting portions at first and im still struggling, but i noticed a big difference in my portion control than a few months ago. I found crazy results when i controled my portions. With being active and eating less I lost a lot but i hit plateaus twice and it took months of bouncing around to finally lose it. But you totally have a chance and you stick to the good habits because maintaing and confortable weight is a life altering process. Once you lose weight you still have to keep at the portion sizing and excerising. Im 145 now and i would like to lose some more but its still hard for me. So if anyone reads this i was wondering if someone could be my internet support buudy or something :).
