| Nikidust makes an excellent point. Try to focus on getting healthy for yourself not for a man, it will be more motivating and will help you get out of the habbit of beating yourself up over setbacks. Getting emotional over man thoughts will just make the binging worse.
Also, consider lowering your standards a little bit in regards to how good looking your man needs to be. I find that the ones who aren't drop dead gorgeous have more character and make better partners (not to mention that they are more understanding of imperfections which is good since no one is perfect). I wish you the best of luck! |

| You need to eat other things to get all the nutrients that your body needs. Try oatmeal for breakfast, and then having fruit, veggies (great steamed), and whole grains for lunch and dinner as well as eating some dairy (skim milk). You should be eating at least 1200 calories a day or you go into starvation mode and you burn less calories. | |||

| Hey, even though it's not really a recipe... Try instant oatmeal. I get quaker oat's instant oatmeal (the flavored stuff since the regular needs a bit of brown sugar to make it edible), warm up some water, dump it in and then put it back into the micro until it gets thick and hot. It's yummy and it really get's me going in the morning so I can make my 8 o'clock. | |||

| Kellog's Raisin bran-- It has 7 grams of fiber per cup! Watch out though, it's addicting! | |||
