I dont know where this person got her info but here : www.lizzyfit.com/articles/daily_activity_calories.pdf

She says leg tapping burns 12 calories in 5 minutes.  That is 2.4 calories a minute and that means 144 calories an hour.  Mind you, you would have to have a sustained tap. 

I also came across something that said sitting up straight instead of reclining burns 10% more calories.

rofl  I swear mine is retarded too!  I have a digital one and it gives me errors every morning.  I recently changed the battery and it didnt help.  I have to get one several times for it to stop being silly.

Should be a pretty high carb liquid, plus a little protein post workout/weights.  Something like 4 to 1 carb/protien.

Well I have been horrid about updating.  I appologize.  Weight last Friday was 171.5 the friday before was 176.  But that catches me up.  I WILL remember this Friday darn it!!!!  :D

Yay that is what I am doing, one meal a day.  Its really not that hard to adjust the shakes.  The meal is a simple one, meat and veggies.  Plus on workout days yo get a recovery drink :) so carbs overall arent really super low.

 LOL yay that is true, I have some body fat calipers but they didn't work my elbow was to big.  Oh well, I guess small+large= medium right LOL

How funny!  This site that was mentioned gives me two different readings!

 If I put in the elbow (3") I get a large frame, enter in my wrist circ (6") and I get a small frame (69" tall).  So YAY, something is fishy!  I think I have large bones and just small boned in my hand and feet and neck... I guess I am a circus freeK LOL

I think everyone is different.  For me, If I eat a deficit of 750 calories but am eating junk I do not lose.  If I eat a the same amount and its only 100% healthy foods then I lose about a lb a week. 

Not 3500=lb for me.

You dont seem to have big calves to me so I was thinking, is it the SHAPE that you dont like? 

 Because working on shaping your calves might give you the results that you are looking for and you can do that by doing toe raises. No special equipment. 

Just grab the back of a chair, stand on one leg and then slowly go up on your toe and back down. You can do about 20 each side.  Once those get easy start adding weight.  Grab a dumbell (say 5 lbs to start) and hold it in your free hand as you raise and lower on one leg.  

Just a thought :)

hmm I take typical hip measurements and one for my freak hips (obviously not that uncommon here LOL)  I count the regular hip as my hips and my freak measurements is just for personal reference.  But that is just me, I like living in denial!

I really wish I knew the ingredients to the miso salmon.   Man that is some good stuff. 

 

Stick to steamed veggies, vinagrettes and grilled meats without and pass on the sauces and breads.

Hi  I am doing the Masters Series but already completed P90.

The schedule works like this:

(ou dont have to start with one or the other but for the sake of explanation)

M:Sweat + Abs
T:Sculpt
W:Sweat + Abs
T:Sculpt
F:Sweat + Abs
S:Sculpt
S:Rest

So you had it almost right, abs goes with sweat and 6 days not 5.

It's an awesome program!

Your looking great and you should be totally proud of what your accomplishing including wanting to show it off!  It's your right after all that hard work!!!!

I am doing P90 Masters right now (baby steps till the X for me).  I know its a hard program and you are going to look AWESOME by day 90!  I saw on your blog that you metioned your food being off, you better get it in check man, if you do your results will be ind boggling :)

Weighed in at 173 today, i cant ecpect it to hold 2 days in a row so I wanted to log it now LOL  Which means I made my july goal just a few days late :)  (really weird for me LOL I usually dont make it at all)
