| I ama veg and tofutti products freak me out because they have partially hydrogenated oils. When you eat partially hydrogenated oils, your body basically says "What the f*%$ is this?! What do I do with it?". Google it, see what I mean. | |||

| Don't feel bad. I ate a whole peice of chocolate cake today and I don't feel bad. However, I also biked 5 miles. I'm happy because I am in control of what I eat and creating good habits for my whole life. One donught/cake means nothing. Looks like you are making progress, so don't sweat it. When I eat more than I planned to in a day, I just work it off later. Log it and do an extra half hour of excersise tomorrow. there is a balance and you can have health and an occasional donught.

| I'm no expert, but try hooping. Hula-hooping that is! It's great fun and a workout that strenghtens your core. My stomach is leaner since I started...my hips are huge so no way to track progress there- yet.
hoopgirl.com has some nice weighted hoops for sale, maybe you could even find one at toys-r-us or something. |

| Hey wow, I had no idea so many people responded to this. The damn website was supposed to send me an email if anyone wrote anything! Anyway, thanks everyone for you advice and suggestions! I had the pain for 3 days and then I stopped eating large amounts of cheese in the morning/afternoon. This period turned out to be the most painful and agonizing one of my entire life, by far. I do not know if the two are related. I have had cheese and it seems to be fine now. I just don't have a ton. I eat the soy cheese instead as often as I can.
It occured to me that it might be lactoseintolerance, but I have no problems with milk. Anyway, everything is under control now. Thanks again. - J |

| I'm an avid hooper (not originally to be active but for fun and tricks). I can say that the weighted ones are way worth it. Hoopgirl.com sells weighted hoops for as little as $25, but you can also get something called "wave hoops" from k-mart or toys r us. They are not weighted but filled with liquid and only $5 so very worth it. They are what I started with and are still a lot of fun.
Articles say that you can burn up to 110 calories in 8 minutes of hooping. OK, that is my $0.02. |
