| how much have you lost? 29 lbs. is this the 1st time or a repeat performance? first time. are you finished? No, still want to lose at the very least 11lbs. how long did it take? about 6 months. how long have you kept it off? 2 months maintained, now im trying to lose more.. what approach did you use? Ate 1200 calories a day..sometimes less.. no excercise..i wouldnt recommend how I did it because it was very close to being ed-ish.. |

| If you only excersize off 100 calories, it will be fine.
But if more than 100 calories that would put you under the min. 1200 and may slow weight loss. |

| Ohh so thats what the elliptical is. Ive been using that also, it seems running on the treadmill for me is alot less boring and easier than those :/

| What do you both mean by the elliptical? Sorry Im new to the machines and dont really know thier names besides treadmill..^^; Is there a way you can run without needing to get a bunch of joint replacements in later life? I definetly wouldnt be a marathon runner, being able to run 3 or maybe 5 miles at most easily. would make me happy. So I wouldnt be running miles and miles and miles.. Probably be a very long time until I would get to that level.. Ohh I was doing just the opposite (top of my foot was hitting ground first) Ill do the other way from now on. Where is a place I could get good running shoes? For a low price also.. ? I doubt my mom would buy me $30+ Ill try and do the different breathing too. Thankyou both of you !! :) |

| 5'3'' 126lbs sizes are super weird...usually depends on store..though usually in jeans im around a 7, but for non-jeans Im 4-6 size. And shirts..omg. Sometimes im small, medium, sometimes even a large..depends on the cut/store. |

| no way...I have never felt hot or pretty or cute or anything. Not once. its weird because I have a healthy BMI (22 I think) and in the mirror I look ok but when I actually look at myself all I see is blobby shapeless fat :'( I wish I could have high self esteem like all you awesome people! | |||

| I wouldnt recommend eating any of those frozen foods like lean cuisine or anything like it because they all have tons of sodium which is bad for you and ive heard it makes it harder to lose weight too. | |||

| Well, this is what I do, maybe it can help you. I just think of how they make the food: Tons of disgusting lab created chemicals, how they dont use real meat and its frozen, deep fried french fries in that gross sizzly stuff. All that other crap they put in the food. Just think of the most revolting thing you can think of about them making it. Always works for me! | |||

| Wow this post isnt very nice... I dont understand why some people are so mean about skinny people and then say its horrible to say mean things about the opposite (overweight,obese) kinda hypocritical.. Im thinking is it Jealousy maybe? There ARE some naturally skinny people! I have two friends who are size 00, they arent anorexic AT ALL! Ive seen them eat all the time and one of them is actually on this site trying to GAIN weight! Just like you shouldnt judge an overweight/obese person you shouldnt judge every skinny person as anorexic. |

| Your friend is probably just sensitive and doesn't want to potentially make you feel bad by saying anything. I know whenever I have someone complement me about losing weight it makes me feel really bad and think that I was worthless before and worthless now and other things, and I just hate it when someone says anything about my weight even if its nice. Some people are actually upset by ANYTHING mentioned about weight including complements on weight loss. Your friend probably just going with better safe than sorry and not saying anything in case you are upset by it. |

| Ok so it wont last foreverEVER, just regular forever lol. it is very frustrating! Ok Ill take your advice ill try and vary my calorie intake a bit more. Ill try that and see if it works, and if that doesnt work ill just keep on tryin with somethin else! lol. Thanks for all the advice :D |

| I would say light because running takes a lot of energy even if only for 25min. I think sedentary is only for people who do nothing all day (like have an office job sitting down for major part of the day) | |||

| I dont think it really matters as long as you stay within your calorie limit. I have pasta almost everyday and stayed within my calorie limit and so far ive lost 19lbs...So I really think as long as you make sure you get some other good nutrition with it its fine to have carbs. It could be different for everyone though I guess. | |||

| Last time I went on vacation I actually lost about 3lbs...granted there was alot of walking involved but still I was surpised..I guess Im just weird like that...If you know you didnt eat 3 x 3500 cal then you logically didnt gain that much, i think it would most likely be water or since most vacation food is more on the unhealthier side, sodium caused..so you shouldnt worry too much. | |||

| 2lbs is not screwing up at all. its nothing really.. most is probably water anyway...you could probably lose 2lbs in just 1 week if you exersise a lot. you shouldnt worry :) | |||
