| thanks for the help everyone. i was just realy looking for things to eat in the evening as this is when i get most bored and end up snacking so 1 200 cal meal at say 3:30-4:30 then another at around 7:30-8:30 to prevent me snaking. | |||

| if you realy want to loose wieght you have to drop carb intake dramaticaly. fruits are carb and sugar monsters have at the most one a day. lean protean only non of that lamb and beef stuff. veggies should be your diet stappel. | |||

| drinking striaght spirits are the only realy low cal opption or VK's they're like alco-pops not tried them but i no there not as bad as most. vodka and sugar free redbull??? | |||

| how is that unhealthy?? im living off carrots and peppers and all that stuff. just because i dont stuff my face with 1500 cals dose not mean im unhealthy. i bet i get more nutrients than the rest of you. | |||

| maybe your gaining muscel which is heavier??? dunno perhaps. eat less calories i aim for less than 500and loose about 1/2 lb a day. try doing wieghts it boosts your metabolism. | |||

| well if you live in the uk you can get alpen light bars there less than 60cals! carrots cottage cheese cucumber shape lasting satisfaction yogurts 77cals. or you do what i do when you get hungry drink oxo stock or something similar!1 piece of bread is less than 100cals. deit coke kids your stomahe aswell! | |||
