I have two titanitum rods in my back

they compliment the 4 hooks

and 15 screws.

I also have had tendinitis 3 times in my shoulders and bursitis in another.

what does cottage cheese taste like...???

im eager to try it but i dont hear good things about it

cereal AND pb are definitly both triggers for me. and it gets even worse because as im downing a tub o pb i try to think about how good it is for me and just keep eating more.

cereal is bad to. never one bowl.

i cant stop buying these things because i live with my family and they eat it all like crazy.

help!!

Pie: not a fan

Bread: honey oat

Donut: vanilla creme

Cookie: sugar

Muffin: cofee cake

Ice Cream/sorbet/popsicle: twist with sprinkles

Cereal: cinnamon toast crunch--> really all of them

Energy bar: Vanilla crisp powerbar

Cracker: grahm cracker?

Chips: none.

Dip: none.

Hard Candy: wurthers originals

Nut: raw almonds

Fruit: apples

Cheese: dont put it in my body

Dessert topping: peanut butter

The people at dunkin donuts hate me because I always order a coffee with part skim milk and part whole milk because they don't have 1% or 2%. I think its great. I used to be a cream girl but I foudn that I could ween myself off of it pretty easily. Now some days I can opt for skim milk and never ever EVER feel guilty about it.

Roated Potatoes, All Fruit, Animal Cracker/Nilla Wafers, PEANUT BUTTER, Ice cream, Goldfish Crackers, Pancaked WITH syrup, Milky way bars, CEREAL, Movie Theater Popcorn and Power bars.

I think this is a great first post.
