Not exactly in the same field of thought as a burger on a KK donut, but I did use portabellos as "buns" for an open faced burger a few weeks back.  It was awesome.  Had to eat with a knife and fork, but I love 'shrooms and burgers so it was heaven for me.

And with that, I get to go fight the crowds at the grocery store.  Woot!

I would go eat the catered food.

 Plus, plastic hurts going in and coming out.  No matter how much you chew, there are always sharp little bits.  However, if you consume a nice bright blue plastic, it makes for pretty leavings.  I know this because my sister once ate tiny blue beads.

Hey all!  I just got off the phone with Kim and she's fine.  She's been sick for a couple weeks and battling with that, but otherwise is doing ok.  Her parents arrived on Sunday for the holiday and her sister gets there tomorrow, so she's just been busy the past few days with family.
