| It helps to see that others are in the same boat...chugging along and slowly losing!
Does anybody else find it hard to justify your eating and workout habits because they think you don't have anything to lose? |

| I'd like to join, albeit a little late!
I'm 5'9", currently 138/139. I've been 'dietng' for about a month, and have only lost 1 lb. The changes in my eating habits have been dramatic - I'm eating 5 times a day now, have cut out sugar and all processed foods and trying to keep my calories to around 1600. I'm also back working out at the gym, but not early as hard as I guess I need to be. I do FEEL great eating this way, and my skin is great, but I want to lose some weight too! I carry ALL of my extra weight around my mid-section (I have a small frame). I think that I need to lose 10 pounds, so my goal is !30! |
