The Lounge Effects of weight loss on breasts May 14 2007

Haha.  That is exactly the reason why I stopped dieting.  I wanted to get to 105 pounds but after losing 12 pounds my boobs shrinked from 34D/DD to 32C/D: they cannot fill my old bras..... Thanks to my mom, I have always had sizable boobs even when I was super skinny (less than 100 pounds).  So when I started dieting, I told my hubby that they would be just fine.  But now they are probably the smallest ever.....I guess the age starts to be in play.....

Anyway, just want you know that you are not alone there.  I start to eat more fat and carb just try to get them back to where they were.....Not sure what will happen.

Fitness jump rope Apr 24 2007

Yeah, jumping rope is harder than running.  I can run on treadmill for an hour at 5.5-6 miles per hour but it is hard for me to jump 30 mins.  I can only do it with multiple breaks.

Also the caloreis discussion is a bit misleading.  It really depends a lot on your weight.  For me, fast jumping rope only burns around 600 calories per hour.  The number is not as impressive but it is high compared with treadmill.

I have those hard days as well.  However, on some other days, I feel I can run FOREVER.  My body is full of energy and feels so good when running.

Just a follow up questions:

If I am a regular person who just wants to get fit and toned (no plan to competing in a body shape contest or something), do I need to take supplements like this?

Thomas' 100% whole wheat english muffin or bagel.  It has high fiber and protein.  I like yogurt and fruits too.
Weight Loss anyone wanting to lose last 10lbs? Apr 05 2007

Me too: 5'3".  I am on my last 5 lbs.  I excise 4 days every week but do a lot of different things: long hikes (3-4 hrs), jog (45 mins), volleyball, pilates, and indoor climbing.  I try to eat more fiber and protein.  I eat much less carb now (still around 50%).  I think my progress has been good: 1 lb per week for the past couple of months

My suggestions: more cardio, diversified exercise programs, less carb, and more protein.  Oh, zig zag too.

It is a little tricky with a newborn baby.  However, just by taking care of him, you burns a lot of calories :)

I have been on exercise and diet for a couple of months and lost 8 pounds.  I actually lost most of my inches in the middle section and went down 2 sizes.  I have been doing 2*60 mins pilates and cardios (including 2*45 mins treadmill jogging, 2*20 mins rope jumping, and 2.5-4 hrs cross country hiking) each week.

Pilates focus on streghthening your trunk muscles.  I think it has helped me to reduce waist size.

Could I change my goal to 2000 mins instead? Thanks.
