I have been doing the healthy lifestyle for just about a year.

I want to eventually be at the 150 area. I have went from a size 22 pants to a 14. I am loving the comments that I have been getting lately.

Tips: Don't pay too much attention to the scales. Sometimes the numbers don't move, but your body is losing inches. Try to go more on the way your clothes fit than what the numbers say. I have been at 178 for some while now, but I have dropped from a 16 to a 14 without the numbers moving.  GOOD JOB everyone, and keep up the good work.

Hey guys, I am not a smoker but both my mom and my dad are, and my dad has quit, after smoking 2 packs a day for 40 years. My mom is in the process of quitting, after smoking for 40 years, and 3+ packs a day. The magic key is a medicine called Chantix. After taking it for 2 weeks, my dad quit. No cravings, no need for a cigarette. My mom on the other hand has made it past the addiction, she is just having some trouble getting past the habit. She has a lot of stress in her life. She is raising my sisters 4 kids ages 17-9 years old. The 17 year old has a baby and a girlfriend that live with my mom also. Anyways, she gets aggrivated and she smokes. She is down to only 1/2 pack a day though. I just thought I would let you guys know about this medicine, because doctors don't usually tell anyone about it. It has a 90% success rate, if that matters to anyone. It is called Chantix, and it is a quit smoking aid. It doesn't place nicotine in your blood like the patches or similar things. It blocks something in the brain into thinking that you don't need nicotine. Stops the Cravings cold.
