| Hi, I'm 5'6 19 year old girl in college as well and right now I am about 132lbs. I've gained close to 20lbs since I've gotten to college and it has really difficult getting rid of all that weight because of my life style. I would appreciate any advice on how to get back to my normal weight considering I have a small frame and I'm starting to look awful in my very well designed closet. | |||

| Hi Liz... I would love to join your weight loss group. I am not over weight but could def. afford to lose a few lbs. Since I've gotten to college I've put on about 15 lbs and haven't been able to lose it. Because I'm not overweight everyone dismisses my weight loss goals. I don't want to be super skinny just healthy and toned. I have already lost 4lbs so far and have hit a plateau at 131. I am 5'6 and work out about 5-6 days a week, mixing cardio and strength training. I really need some positive responses and support from others, since I'm not getting any for the people around me I thought maybe joining this group would help me keep on track. ~In desperate need of some positive feed back~ | |||

| I don't think the time of the day matters, but I do like to workout during the afternoon, around 5:00pm because that is when I am more likely in the mood to snack. That way I will not be wasting calories on junk food and I will be getting a good workout as well. | |||

| I actually use Totally Light Iced Tea Mix which is 0 calories 0 carbs. It tricks me in to drinking a gallon of water everything. | |||

| I usually run 2.5 miles every other day and on those days that I don't run, I do some sort of cardio for about 25mins. I do some free weights but not too much... I really would love any suggestions about fixing my workout routine. By the way... thank you guys for all the support... I was really starting to give up! | |||
