| Fluffe,
It helps to keep you skin elastic by using a moisturizer, however this has a greater effect if you do this while you are gaining weight. Olive (dry skin) or Grapeseed (oily skin) oil works really well, and you can add in essential oils to obtain a desired aroma. As you age your skin looses it's elasticity. Toning will help but will not remove it all together especially after a large loss. You should try using the moisture therpies mentioned above, put some in your tub (careful not to slip when getting out), or rub the oil all over your body once you get out of the bath, the hot water opens your pores for deep penetration. Beauty Tip: If you keep your breasts moisturized it helps to keep them perky too. |

| Hey Girls,
Craftin4me, thanks for hte warm welcome. This week I have just been tracking my eating habits, to see where I stand before I change things. From what I can tell my eating habits are good. I have been eating this way for years and still can not manage to loose weight. I have put my number below (today doesn't include dinner yet), I am averaging an "A". I have also been working out regularly, within my target heartrate. Any insight would be appreciated! | To Ski Again,
Don't give up. Try switching up you plan, more exercise or more food for a couple of days. A plateau is when your body gets used to your routine. If you keep your body guessing then you should start dropping back down. |

| Hey Everyone, I just joined caloie-count.com yesterday, and would like to join your group. I am currently 250 lbs, and am lookingat about 115lbs to loose. i would be happy though if I made it to 160lb, as that is what I was at when i met my husband in highschool. I am 27yo, live in Ontario, Canada. Work FT, currently starting my own business, have a large greenhouse, and run an annual pagan festival. Needless to say I keep on my toes. I have been eating extremely healthy for about the last 4 years, and am having one heck of a time loosing this weight. The good thing is I carry it well. So Now I am trying to squeeze the gym back into the little time I have left, I love those aqua aerobics. I look forward to getting to know you all. |

| lysistrata,
You could use Silken Tofu in a morning shake. I use 1c of Vanilla Soy Milk, 1 Banana, and 3oz of silken Tofu. Soy milk is also a protein. You may also want to try PC World's Greatest Meatless burgers (meatballs also available), and you could also use meat suppliments such as Bocca (groundbeef, I use in Sheppards pie) , or try some Vegan Deli meats. |

| Definately drop the bagel, and hashbrowns.
If you really get a craving for something sweet..."JELLO" always hits the spot for me, and it is only 80cal/0g fat for the regular stuff. Don't get the sugar free if you are using it to curb your sweet tooth. You could also try fat free chocolate pudding, the ready to eat stuff is convienent and is only 93cal/0.4g of fat. Try to incorporate more protein into your diet. This causes your body to work harder to digest, hence you burn more calories. The protein will keep you feeling full, so aim to have at least 4oz of protein with breakfast, lunch AND Dinner. The protein feeds your muscles and increases your energy/metabolosm. More muscle, means higher metabolism, hence more fat burning. |
