| I guess i just don't understand how am i suppose to lose weight if I am eatting 2000 cals a day and i only burn 2300-2400 cals? The exercise i do is running. I run about 7.4 mph for 30 minutes and when i put it in the exercise activity log it says that i burn about 450-480 cals something like that and then later in the day i go on the eliptical for another 30 minutes and in the activity log i put it down as moderate effort and it says i burn about 350-400 somewhere around there. When i wake up i have a bowl of cereal-250-300 cals or oatmeal - 160 cals coffee- 100cals (I did add an apple after i had a bowl of oatmeal this morning) Lunch is kind of hard i try to make it a variety but cafeteria food isn't exactly the healthiest food out there (I'm at college). To be healthy i have a sandwich that can be about 270 cals soup (not sure about cals depends on what type) today it was vegetable a cup and some fruit. Other times i kinda just try and pick around like maybe having cereal again or a salad with eggs tomatos and sesamee seeds. Dinner i had chicken one night with vegetables (big fan of broccoili) 2 mini sweedish meatballs vegetables with a little bit of dip. Another night i had a whole medium sized potato with some butter cheese and sour cream, but i get pretty restrictive when it comes to portionalizing it out with the condoments. Sometimes for a snack i have 100 cal popcorn or some more oatmeal. |

| I don't know if you do this everyday but you shouldn't eat more than that and balance out your meals. It will be the best thing for you body and fruit is good for you but at the same time you need those fats carbs and protiens to help get you through the day as well. | |||

| Please someone help me. I've been dealing with eatting dissorders for over five years now and im over the bulimia and anorexia thing but binge eatting dissorder is still taking over me. I try not to restrict and on calorie count it says at sedentary level that i burn about 1800 calories in a day. Sometimes im afraid to eat that much because what if i didn't count the calories right..... Another reason is because i eat until Im full and i end up at the end of the day with like 1200 or 1300 calories but then night time happens and i just eat and eat and eat until i just feel so sick. What i really want to do is to just lose weight 10 pounds and i know i would be fine. I exercise everyday except on sundays. I weight lift for like an hour or a little bit more and run for a half an hour on Monday Wed. Friday and then on Tuse Thurs Sat I run for an hour or a little less. Weekends are when i tend to binge and i don't know how to control them. Im on spring break right now at my moms house and i just finished another binge i feel so sick. I don't know what to do i just feel so depressed about it. How do i stop binging i can't stand this anymore please can anyone help me? What do i need to do to end this |
