Sorry I forgot to update! Starting weight at challenge: 161 Weight on Monday May 7th: 150! Total weight loss so far 11 pounds. I'm happy now that I am getting back into exercise that my ankle is feeling much better now and the weather is much nicer also! So I might just make it to my goal for this challenge of 142? |

| I tried a juice fast once and didn't last the day...so that was a big failure. I tried the slim fast diet and I can't remember if I lost any weight but I know I gained it all back and more, and all I remember is being hungry all the time, it was a terrible diet and a big waste of money...I remember the day I trashed all those cans of shake mixes and ready-in-the can shakes that tasted terrible! |

I started at 161 pounds, but only lost 1 pound this week. I weigh in at 152 now. So total weight loss of this challenge of 9 pounds. My goal for this challenge is 142, I don't know if I can make it? But I can't exercise, my ankle is still sore from when I sprained it and that messed up things alot. Hopefully, my ankle will heal soon and I can get back to my exercising and more weight will come off - as my eating has been good. |

Update for Monday the 30th: 8 servings of fruit, including 1 1/2 cups light cranberry cocktail and 8 servings of veggies for a total of 16 servings of fruit and veggies. So my total for the month is: 297 and 28 servings of bonus fruit! I agree with orangeloft, that we did GREAT!!! And Congratulations goes out to everyone! :) |

Update for Sunday the 29th: 3 fruits including 1/2 cup light cranberry cocktail and 8 veggies, for a total of 11 servings of fruit and veggies for the day. I did a count for my total so far, I have 281 servings of fruit and veggies counting today with 25 servings of bonus fruit. |

I'm using some suntan creams instead of tanning because I'm afraid of skin cancer... The products I'm using right now are: Jergen's and Vaseline Intensive Care. I just put it on after my bath or shower. Make sure you rub it in really well and allow it to dry well before you dress though. And you have to put it on regularily to see results. I am just starting to see some results after a couple of weeks and I'm pretty happy. - Oh and they don't stink, actually they smell really nice. Not as good as a real tan though. I might let myself out in the sun a little bit. But I am going to be really careful and heed everyone's warnings. Both my grandparent's on my Dad's side had skin cancer, but got in in time and were OK, thankfully. |

No but I've vacationed in your beautiful state many times, Green Bay, Wisconsin Dells, Marinette...just to name a few places. Just thought I'd say HI! :) I'm from Ontario, Canada. But we like to travel. When I was small my Grandma lived on the border of Michigan and Wisconsin. |

Starting weight of this challenge: 161 Last week was 154. I now weigh in at 153. Total weigh loss of 8 pounds. My biggest frustration? I sprained my ankle by just walking(I have weak ankles) and I have a cold so I can't exercise!!! So I am frustrated by that! I think it has affected why I haven't lost as much. What behavioral modifications will help me conquer this frustration and turn it into a success? Well I hope my ankle heals fast and I get over my cold soon so I can get back into exercising and I think that will make a big difference in my weight loss. Will I commit to these steps you outlined above to myself and this board? Absolutely! |

It varies but this morning I had 2/3 cup cooked oatmeal with 2 tbsp ground flax seed mixed in with 1 pkt of Splenda sprinkled on top. And a cup of half decaf Irish Cream flavoured coffee with 4 tsp powdered creamer, and plenty of filtered water. |
